I like your gameplay, but the thing is, you're doing good but you have gold dps and tanks... and you're playing against golds too. You have to play like that with gm people and nowadays it's almost impossible to get to gm only with Mercy. I only play Mercy and Moira and Mercy is very situational really, but good luck to you. One advice I'd give is try to be more careful, you have nice movement but a lot of the things you do will most definitely be punished and get you killed as you go up the ranks.
