    Hyderabad Real Estate will diffinately grow if RRr Regional Ring Road Project started means 350 Kms stretch 6 Lane road it's in process gng on probably by October or November work ll start

    Sir u said price wise or if same price then tellapur/Osman nagar is better than bachupally.. but sir cost of living has huge difference kada ?.. like the school fees in tellapur/Osman nagar will be double or more than bachupally area kada.. and all things in this area will be cost kada compared to bachupally? And also no public transport kada andi.. like metro.. daily should spend so much on fuel for any thing kada.. because even there wouldn't be small kirana stores in these areas.. everything we should take out our car and go to a super market

      You are right. Thanks for sharing. I believe in 3-5 years most of these issues will be sorted. Small stores, tiffin shops started. Schools ayiteh there are less options in affordable price.

      Bro remember always it’s Hyderabad always you will get kirana stores and road side food everywhere like kphb
      Comes to schools fees are not expensive compared to bachupally if you consider big schools like DPS or any other big schools but yes in Bachupally you can get less fees
      Comes to public transport it will come once public will be there
      In communities people prefer car pooling for IT offices

      Do your due diligence on the documents and legals checks. If everything is good, go ahead. This area will see lot of residential demand.

      Depends on project and builder andi. Osman nagar 6.5k around vundi which is decent price. 1000Rs difference would be there between Osman nagar and tellapur.

      @@ravichandraK Tellapur would be 1000 more than Osman Nagar as it is closer to financial district. Heard that My Home Akrida is launching at 7200/- base price. This is better price than all other existing projects. 5500/- ki only kollur lo vastayi or Velimala
