First video of 2021! I had this video planned since season three came out I just never found the right motivation to work on it till now.
On this video I wanted to focus on how Will got dragged to the upside down and the consequencess of it, the trauma and the lost time. I feel like everyone else got time, in a way, to adjust to what was happening, to grow, at least more time than Will did. He just got caugh up in this new world he had no idea about. And then he comes back and everything is different, his friends are different, the world feels different, he is different! cause as much as he wants to, he can shake out what happened to him. I guess i was just trying to show how being missing robbed him of so many moments and I feel like in season three he was trying so hard to bring things back to what they used to but sadly he can't.
I have a long list of project ideas and things I want to edit and I would love to make all of them. I really hope I can keep myself motivated and inspired this year fingers crossed

you always explore will's character in such a profound way and it's very touching tbh. im kinda tired of his character being paid dust in the show when theres so much of him to explore.

Love love love love this! Such a natural progression for your talent. Using all these images and scenery to create a landscape of emotion to really make us understand Will's mindset, far beyond what the show is capable of doing. All that anger and confusion trapped inside him, feeling an out-of-body experience..you captured it all!

Your Will Byers videos are so so amazing and this is no exception. I feel you really understand and sympathise with his character like no one else and I truly love that because he is one of my favourites from the show and I feel he always gets left behind when he's suffered so much and has gone through so much and you really showed that all so beautifully here. He really did go through so much trauma and came back to things changing and moving on and everyone expecting him to just accept it??? My heart breaks for him and this video just really shows how scared he is, how brave he is and how alone he can be even when he's surrounded by people.
This is heartbreaking and beautiful and I can not wait to see what more pain you have to inflict on us in the future

well, i always render with the same frame rate the episodes have usually 29fps. But i rendered this one in 60fps cause once i uploaded to youtube i was gettting glitches with the 29fps version... honestly lately getting good quality feels like is radom U.u

@@jennaborisevich1651 I use Sony Vegas Pro 15. Adobe premiere is more profesional but i low key hate it XD also for fanvideos vegas is more than enough. I mostly learned on my own, since my editing is most times just based on cuts and scene selection i didn't need much. But i do check tutorials if needed when i want to do something more weird or special :)
@@Shainira blessss I use a mac so i am sort of relegated to final cut and i don't love it. Sigh
I only used final cut a couple times a really long time ago so I can't help you there, sorry
