I love this video!!! Sandy is amazing! She’s so talented, creative and generous! She’s a wonderful teacher. Kerri is an awesome long armer. Everything she touches is gold! She’s also a very talented, quilter and teacher also! I’m very blessed to get to spend time with both of them. So great to get to see Sandy on here. She worked very hard to get that darling quilt done. She’s a wonderful friend and mentor! ❤❤❤
I missed y'all this morning. I had early PT. You all look like you're having way too much fun. Yeah Becky,, it's hard to sew in a strange place on a machine you don't always use without all your regular supplies.
You can use the 1-29 stitch to move the needle to right to have a 1/4" seam using the J foot. Most computer Brother machines have this stitch somewhere in the stitches, not always the 1-29 stitch, but sometimes under the quilting stitch menu #1 or #2...
Becky you are amazing. You have given me the courage to use my embroidery machine. Now this book I have had it on my shelf forever and now I have opened it 😂. Thanks
@@PowerToolsWithThread not only that you taught me how to use the computer and to get my designs off of CD and what to do with the zip drive. I had the Embroidery machine for almost 5 years and I wouldn’t touch it because I was terrified of it and now I look forward to using it. Thank you
Becky, Sandy taught a class here with our Guild, Common Threads and we also were in classes together in Sulphur, LA with Kaye Lessard who sadly is no longer with us.
I have the easy press press liquid pen. My Babylock dealer suggested it because I live off grid and power is very limited in winter. And this has saved me .
Hi Becky, question for you did Sandy on her merry Christmas quilt stitch around the images. Sorry I missed the first half so I watched it on rerun. I just love you, Becky you’re so sweet and lovable. Thank you so much
Hi Becky, My Brother NQ3600D, same as yours just older, has a stitch setting. It's 1-29 on my machine with a little p, which stands for piecing. It automatically sets the width at 5.5 and the length at 2.0. This is fantastic because I can never remember if it is supposed to be 5.0 or 5.5. I thought I should write it down, but I know I won't remember where I write it down. I just wanted to let you know so you can share the information if you want to.

Love the ear rings. The Christmas quilt is so cute. Small blocks are cute also.

Right? I'm inspired too to go home and pull the book off the shelf and do a little piecing in the hoop. :)
