yes likely time for a new table. foosball is such a feel game, but it's always good to not limit yourself and your game to one type of table. That way you can do well on many types of tables.
@dunneri hello ive a little question. my problem is: i want to start playing some more serious foosball, i mean i dont to go to tournments and that kind of stuff but this is a game that rly like and i want to lear more about it and.. well... be good at it. my only problem is ive one table in my house but it was a table that was bought in the time i was a kid so is that type of plastic table with a wooden ball and i feel i cant rly do anything to improve at the table
@ dunneri also because of mine foosball are plastic ones, when i go play to a friends house who has a table of steel i feel like that im completly shit compared to the table i got in home. do you think it is time to replace my old to table and buy a new good one for example like yours?
Hi, Eric. Thank you so much for your videos - truly great stuff. If I understood correctly, the five fundamentals follow a chronological order. That being the case, I was wondering where would you fit a fake in your system of five fundamentals? I assume a fake belongs to the setup, but players often throw in fakes after they read the defense as well. So is it then fair to say that in a real game there is usually an ongoing 'loop' between 2) and 3), i.e. between setting up the ball and reading the defense till decision is made followed by execution? Thanks again.
great question, sorry i missed it. During the setup, you could be watching how your opponent reacts to your movements (including fakes) on when you move the ball into position, and then you save what you saw/read for later. The main time to build in fakes is in the read phase - and then again based on how they react to your fakes (or hitches like i mention around 4:00 on this video) then that helps you decide in the decide phase. Sometimes it gets fun when you start to consider does the defender know he's reacting to my fakes, so then you counter that. Other times, they might not react at all to the fake, so then you likely know that you can just shoot the shot that was being faked. Other times you do a fake, see the reaction, but save it for later. LIke a ball or two later. then do everything the same, and then you've got a good chance of executing successfully, as they'll likely react the same way later on. But good defenders will see the fake, know how they reacted to it, and on the same ball know not to react the same way again. but a ball or two later, they can only keep track of so much - so it's likely good to go.
i didnt find this very helpful, it was you showin off and sayin the same thing over and over again. your good at foosball though. maybe a little to advanced for me
thanks for this there's a fuseball table at my college that is wicked competitive,

Much better than part 1. I'd like to know how to shoot quickly & hard/fast. there seem to be different methods. what are the best & easiest way(s)?

...but before you start reading the defence you have to learn to shoot in angles and where you want.
