you’re right, i often don't like new songs in kpop either.. they have become monotonous and the lyrics don't make sense. as if they don't try at all. but nmixx are the only ones i can listen to and enjoy their work, i love every song of theirs, they give hope for kpop
4:46 you're right, this was actually Jiwoo.. and that whistle note was actually Bae's.. crazy.. my ranking was quite similar with you w/ B-sides.. 1. Love is Lonely 2. Beat Beat 3. Moving On 4. Sicku 5. Red light sign but we go looking forward to the Tiny Desk video
Bae was the one to do this whistles in beat beat, although it doesn't currently have the recording behind yet, just it and moving on are remaining. Sullyoon came right away to bubble to brag about Bae's note Sickuhh to me is just a fun song, especially the full version which idk why they didn't just put the whole thing in the visualizer if they were only gonna cut 25 seconds. So if you haven't seen the full version of that then I'd recommend another listen if only just to hear Jiwoo's "pull up" part. Also Haewon & Kid Milli did a live cover of sickuhh of the visualizer parts And I get you on the lyric videos at least the color coded lyrics videos. Pretty sure they're all just done through google translate/papgo/chatgpt so any lyrics that don't make sense you can most likely just blame on that. Cos when I'm reading the Korean and it doesn't match well with the English it's like... there's no way a person made these mistakes lol. They're probably making the easiest bank of their life with minimal effort, especially ones with the 30sec outro music
still can't get enough of Bae's whistle note in beat beat also this performance of love is lonely th-cam.com/video/3H-d3oK30bQ/w-d-xo.html outdoors, under the nightsky, with wind blowing through their hair

Sullyoon and Bae's friendship is so cute! I suppose I could listen for Jiwoo. Her parts were my favorite in the visualizer.
