    Bothwell Castle is a Medieval Castle and the largest Stone built castle in Scotland from the 13th Century.
    Recently reopened to the public to visit after many years closed due to it being restored.
    A visit to Bothwell Castle is free with a Historic Scotland membership which we used.
    Prices to get in are the following…
    £3.80 for an adult
    £3.00 concession
    £2.30 for children aged 7-15

    Bothwell Castle is a really interesting place to visit. It has so much history. It is nice seeing a lot of these places reopening. I'm just waiting for the Argyll's Lodging, in Stirling, to reopen.
