Problem is every tooth needs to be ground to the same height or the longest one will do the majority of the cutting and wear faster than the others. He needs to have a dial gage fixture setup to and grind them all to the same length. I suspect there is a small round grinding wheel in the box submerged in coolant. If the tooth gets too hot the high temperature will reduce the hardness of the tooth. I would also suspect that the grinding wheel he’s using has to be dressed at some point unless it’s a diamond wheel.
I from the US and would like to buy one, how much and is it possible for me to get one? I run the Green Teeth all my grinders and that sharpening system would be very nice to have to save me money a stay more productive
