My brain hurts when people argue if it's a human or "robot". This is a costume puppet. Theres someone inside on digitgrade stilts puppeteering the dino. It's probably made of light foam with a thin layer of textured and molded latex over it. Very easy to observe this.

Though the raptor was inaccurate (not fully feathered and those pronated wrists), along with Allosaurus, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.
So much fun ! I live in L.A. and we only get Dino Heads Roaring. This event is much more exciting. And I guess I can understand Japanese. (Because there are English Subtitles !)

Some raptors did actually have feathers. So the egg came before the chicken as they say as Dino’s were the first egg layers, and feathers evolved in the time of Dino’s with some raptors who later became our modern birds and birds of prey that we call raptors. They were around in the late Cretaceous and millions of years before.

The Utahraptor's legs should be skinnier and the body would be a little lower but it's a show and if the legs were accurate it would be hard for the puppeteer to move around
