At 13:45, how are the phase angles for both w=0 & w=infinty cases negative? Negative signs in both real and imaginary part cancel out to give positive phase angle right?
Z is zeros of q(s) or closed loop poles of characteristic equation and P is open loop poles of g(s) or O.L.T.F in rhs, If Z=0 even though P=not 0 than system is stable else unstable.
At least label the axis of the plots properly. Making already confusing graph more confusing. Trivial things are explained in detail but where the explanation is required, he speeds up.

see the phase angle...phase angle is -90 & -180...that was calculated....so from that its clear that real & imaginary part is negative.....

He cancelled w from w in previous step, which is wrong if w = 0. That is why entire confusion is there.
