You should have stop off at the public library about 1/2 mile south they have the Packard family"s grandfathers clock and suit of armor .Before you get there is the Packard home it was so big they made a nursing home out of it . Its on the left side of the road driving south about 1/8th mile before the tracks
Packard outsold Cadillac up to 1950. Your critique of both Studebaker and Packard got my back up a few times. Never ever heard anyone call the forever Ox Yolk grill a tombstone grill.
Interesting. I've never heard it referred to as anything other than 'tombstone'. A quick internet search revealed that both terms apparently get used a lot.
I collect Model T's, Packard's and pre-war Chryslers. We seem to have similar tastes. So there are 2 Packard Museum's, both in Ohio which is fitting I suppose. Thanks for the review and video.
Been there twice.....museum is OK, but BOTH times I was there the lady behind the counter treated us like dirt. I would NEVER recommend going to this museum because of her treatment of us. Someone needs to get her off the property and put someone welcoming in her place. What a rude person she was............
Enjoyed your tour -- Absolutely luv Packards! Thank you for sharing. Liked your channel, subscribed.

Yes, they told me about that at the museum. Unfortunately time constraints didn't allow for the extra stop on this trip. Hopefully next time
@@oldmodeltguy This clock is worthy of the Packard name .
Great stuff, thanks for the footage and commentary. Great watch.

So informative! Brilliant video! thanks Model T Guy!
There is a Packard Car dealership sign still in existence in Grass Valley, CA. But it is now a carpet business.
Another great video! You do a great job of explaining what we are looking at. Always enjoy your videos!

Wow very informative and knowledgeable. Job well done
It’s a pity, the former plant is currently being demolished and could not be preserved.
It wasn't for lack of trying. At least the Proving Grounds have been saved.
