Seriously they let Marcio the cheater draft as well (I know you had to win qualifiers but my point stands). I just got my first timeout on twitch ever last mtg stream for asking why in the world this man is allowed to play magic in the feature match after it is totally verified he's cheated on multiple occasions. Wizards stop letting your commentators taint the idea of an mtg Esport by being disrespectful to fans who assume that most people do not want to watch cheaters on the prime time (it would be generous to say a slim vocal minority want to watch cheaters live in front of them). You cannot be an Esport if allow cheaters the spotlight and you certainly cannot be an Esport if you do not listen to your fans.
Well yeah I just don't get it. I've been playing magic for half a decade this September and this is just not the kind of behavior I want to see. I want the developers and the commentators to care about their game. They agreed this person cheated, they sort of agreed people don't like him. So quit shoving him down my throat. I know that it is kind to give people second chances and that is fine just don't put him in the feature match. Easy, simple, no one is hurt, your fans can continue respecting you.
So, i supose people cannot be better, cannot recover or cannot learn from they mistakes. And even, boycot is the best way to got yourselfs heard is true, so plz sell your stufs and go play Heartstone, maybe so you make your way in to a inlimited draft
People can learn from their mistakes, but I dont think you need to put them on a feature match. Im not alone and that is the point, if everyone leaves to go play Hearthstone then magic has no players.
So stupid that they can't even acknowledge the fact that cards are worth money. I kind of just want to live in a better world where we don't have to dance around the truth out of fear of potential lawsuits in the future. Fear is a very unhealthy thing for the world.
I really enjoyed getting to watch a known cheater participate AND block the camera for a good portion of the draft.
