My mind is blown at seeing so few vehicles on the roads of London, visited in 1995 at the height of summer and it was more than manageable as I remember it. This is something for a "Best of The Worst" (RedLetterMedia) for games and oddly appreciable.
For a moment I really thought the bloke in the photo at 5:19 was a young Dominic Monaghan, but I checked and he was only 17 at the time so probably not.

Normally I am willing to let games have the benefit of the doubt, but you are right: the acting is ghastly. They had new technology with the 'Unreal' and 'Source' engines, and they made sure that those were wildly successful; some of the best computer games ever made. When FMV came out, mostly stuff like this was the norm (except for the 'Wing Commander' series).
For a low budget production they made a fair attempt at the film direction and location shots only to turn the whole thing into a pile of shit with that unbelievable wooden acting. I actually found it funny like one of those so bad it's good movies. Now you can sell it on Ebay for £79 :)

MSX had laserdisc games in 1984 and games on a vinyl format.VHD.
They did, some of those MSX laserdisc units are lovely to look at
