Manuel, because this was installed at a U-Haul location, you have a 3 year wiring warranty. We recommend going back to that location so they can diagnose and fix any issues with your wiring.

@@trailerhitches I recently took my ‘16 Rav4 Hybrid to a Uhaul to get a hitch/wiring install and was told they wouldn’t to the wiring. Their reasoning was it will likely constantly drain the battery and possibly void the warranty.
