Rahul Kumar, Editor (Arts), STIR, speaks with Atul Dodiya and Roobina Karode as they take a walk at the art exhibition Walking with the Waves at Kiran Nadar Museum of Art in Delhi, exploring Dodiya’s expansive body of work.
Walking with the Waves showcases the works of Dodiya generated from the pandemic situation. It looks at a body of intimate and small-format watercolours produced by the artist during the past two years. As the world shut down in response to the pandemic, he also had to retreat to his inner world, his sanctuary.
