Oh, please, when in the world did you feel the "magic" that dragged you into Yuna Kim's performance? As far as I remember, you have been busy with nitpicking her performance including the Olympic performance that you "now" praise. Review your own comments, please.
That woman said something along the lines of "that magic that she usually brings when skating is just not here for me right now." WTF LADY?!?! WHO ARE YOU TO SAY THAT?!?! YUNA KIM IS THE MOST AMAZING SKATER THERE IS, NOBODY CARES WHAT YOU THINK!!! I can't even find words to express how good Yuna Kim is at skating and how beautiful and breathtaking it is to watch her perform, even on TH-cam
Wow, I'm still noticing nuances I haven't seen after watching this time and time again after seven years. I just noticed the exit of that flying sit and that spin as a whoie at 1:06. It is so exquisite, so refined, and performed with the utmost attention to line, position, and the music!
Program is just okay...something seems missing...still don't know if that's due to the change in coaching or just the long break between big competitions....? Or both...?
@strawberrykiwi20a My comment that you tagged on was addressed to Ms. Tara Lipinski, the commentator of the video. In other words, "you" in my comment is not you, Ms. strawberrykiwi20a, but Ms. Lipinski, who is "now" talking about the "magic" of Yuna Kim's gold performance. Please, read my comment closely and slowly because I did not comment on what you wrote. I do not know what you are and do not care what you think about the performance. I respectfully demand you to remove your own comment.
Commentator is annoying. All she talks about is how she's seen Yuna nail the jump all week & how SHE didn't expect her to miss the first jump and how SHE thinks Yuna's not up to par with her usual standards. 1.) No one cares about your subjective opinion surrounding Yuna's performance, nor about what you "expect" from her. 2.) Comment on things people care to hear while watching a skater perform her work, not speak because you want to sound like some intelligent all-knowing commentator.
@lixinxin Yuna is such a perfectionist that I think she would put that pressure on herself to live up to everyone's expectations. and also by default of being arguably the best ever, she represents not only a country but the sport of figure skating when she steps on the ice. so most fans I'm sure are eager to see if she will continue to win or dominate. also she has fans in Europe, North America, etc. not just in Korea.
That's ridiculous. Those jumps are small & low and she missed her opening combination. This was not the best short program. Yuna Kim was overscored in the short & long programs. Carolina Kostner should have won the silver medal. Yuna is overscored.
wait what???? people are saying she needs to retire???? shes like 22 or 23... she has lots of time to perfect her ice skating. Wait a sec... she already did so sucks for u haters but Yuna Kim is great at what she does and there is not reason for her to retire
@anonymuschan I'd like to see it again too, but there's only a small chance that she'll compete next season :( She's got her own tv show to host as well as promotions for Pyeongchang 2018. There's too much stuff she's got on her hands right now, and it's sad to see that this may be the last competition of her career.
I honest last year i just couldn't get into Yuna's skating. Really, i got bored watching her performance. (Don't kill me for saying, i'm just being honest!) But her performances here at worlds this year, I really liked them despite the falls. I get how there isn't "magic" in her skating this year. I personally thought her programs looked so interesting and graceful. I was really pulled in this year.
Urgh if she had landed that triple triple in the beginning she would’ve won instead of Miki Ando’s mess. I liked this program a lot, I wish she skated it more
Although it was short program, she expressed happiness, anger, and love at once. It was simply amazing.

The announcer lady got a little too happy with that microphone ..
I was like shutup already..!

Yuna's the most expressive skater I have ever seen

i actually liked it! i hope she uses this program someday again.
Well, guess what? She didn't!
not up to her usual standards... but still really good
Program is just okay...something seems missing...still don't know if that's due to the change in coaching or just the long break between big competitions....? Or both...?
Yuna always failed to live up to the expectation.
Uh sure...except for those two world titles, four continents gold, Grand Prix Final gold, and Olympic gold and silver medals
tara lipinski the commentator....hum...
Yuna has fans from all over the world watching her "Fever" performance.
i love her for skating to giselle

Has she ever learned Ballet??
Have you? Does she need to dance on point and do triple pirouettes before skating to this music?
I have heard that she took lessons from Evelyn Ann Hart for a time.....
She always is the most beautiful skater of all. No one dance like she does. Well, she has to skate next olympic!

Wow! I thought she did not have the ability to make mistakes!
Yuna kim is awesome and I find it hard to believe that people have to logged in accounts to hate lololol
GREAT KOREAN KIM♥연아♥

this program's step seq is underappreciated. but its my favorite part!
Tara should have commented on the cheating judge who gave her a +1 GOE on the mess of a 3Lz+COMBO.
but heck that emotions men she was still able to maintain it despite of falling. thats--
Urgh if she had landed that triple triple in the beginning she would’ve won instead of Miki Ando’s mess. I liked this program a lot, I wish she skated it more
@songaji1 I met Yuna at Artesia originally, I saw her a couple times around there and in Ontario when EWIP didnt have ice time
That's the most disastrous performance of Giselle I've ever seen in my life. What universe do you Koreans live in? She needs to retire.
@getrealandsee do you not have anything better to do than troll through various skating videos and trash other skaters?
@cw6391 no, this is her job.
