This has been so useful for my WFH morning. I think it would be a nice touch if there was a voiceover introducing and ending the break. Only because I missed it (which I suppose is a good thing haha) but actually I would have liked to align my break at the same time. Maybe other people don't feel the same, but I just thought i'd raise it as a suggestion! Thanks for the video

I’ve been feeling so unproductive working from home again and when I found you last night and this video I couldn’t wait to try it this morning. My attention span just immediately goes right to my phone recently instead of being productive doing my work. And let me tell you this was the first time I could concentrate strictly on work with only a few teams messages haha in forever! Idk why/how it works. But it does.
