The Apparent Winds Expedition: Wet Paint & Broke

We're back! Starting today we will be posting a new episode on youtube every other week!
Wet paint and broke. It's a familiar state of affairs. We'd say for better and for worse. It ain't easy doing all of this non-profit research vessel stuff, but it is pretty darned rewarding. We're both a start-up and a non-profit (double wammy) and as a result, we must let passion and will power take the wheel every so often to make it all happen! In this episode you can get a taste of what it's like working to make this venture possible. Our crew was definitely tested, but we have been here before and we saw light at the end of the refit tunnel. The beatiful thing is, once you leave for sea, the sea, our vessel and the souls aboard is all that we must consider.

Love this! Can't wait for the next parts of the story, especially knowing how the research charter turned out. I'm SO looking forward to meeting Resilience and experiencing your mission in person. The next few years are going to be awesome for Apparent Winds!
