But your chair back is much closer to your back and definitely eases the pressure in your lower back and shoulders. I’m creepin on 50 and any kind of posture support will will make a world or difference. I appreciate any info you can give me with this it will be a game changer. Thank you

I wish it was faster doing my own that’s why I take forever to actually do them lol
