In other words, if Chloe hadn’t defeated Michael parallel existence before, Rudra wouldn’t have been able to return and help Velgrynd. I guess you could say it was truly coincidental that it happened, however we have some problems here for masayuki:
It was said that even after disappearing, Rudra experience and memories would become masayuki’s which means that masayuki could probably learn his sword techniques. The main problem would be that he wouldn’t have access to justice king Michael (since it belongs to Feldway and Rimuru) or Oath King Uriel so he wouldn’t be able to compete against some top tier opponent as the guardian lords, for example.
I think the novel has a problem with a lot of ambiguous statements. My understanding is that there are some remnants of Rudra's Infon in Masayuki's body, which allows him to summon Rudra and use Rudra's information within him.
Yeah, since the body Michael used as a vessel was disintegrated because of Chloe reverse fate. Then, masayuki was capable to use those bits of information left to summon Rudra. But after that, it shouldn’t be possible since the parts of Rudra soul gathered in Masayuki making him the complete Rudra but with a complete different personality. Therefore that side of his personality being left just as memories of the past

one of my favourite episode in this whole series so far, getting to see rudra in full force and as you said the power of the human race was so cool. And getting to see a glimpse of what rudra and velgrynds relationship was like and what their love was pike is so epic absolutely love it.

About Hinata she might become more powerful in future since now she got a an hero egg she might develop her own ultimate skill.
About Masayuki, I personally dont think that he will turn into rudra since rudra is already gone and he only revived because of his ultimate skills temporarily. Im hoping that he will eventually begin to love velgrynd more and more in future
Rimuru's understanding of Masayuki is that Masayuki is just Masayuki, not anyone else. I really like your comment about Masayuki; even though his soul is Rudra's, his cute personality feels really good. It would not be funny if he turned into Rudra.

Masayuki is definitely the strongest SUPPORT hero at the moment; his skills are just too OP. If he could also transform into Rudra at any time, his personal combat power would become extremely terrifying. Anyway, it seems like in the novel, only Moss and Masayuki have never failed. Moss might have lost many times to Testarossa, but it wasn't described. Masayuki truly has never failed, bcs he is the embodiment of Luck.

Rudra could have reincarnated directly, but to unify the continent, he kept refusing reincarnation. Due to Michael's erosion, his soul gradually dissipated, and the fragments of his soul appeared in many people. However, Masayuki is his true reincarnation. When I did this review, I skipped Volume 17, so maybe there wasn't an explanation about this. With the help of Rimuru and Ciel, Velgrynd used the Lord of Oath to collect all the soul fragments, which, after traveling through countless worlds and time, finally returned to Masayuki. Therefore, Masayuki has his own independent personality and experiences, but his soul is Rudra's, just without the memories and experiences. This time, when he summoned Rudra, it was because Michael was unexpectedly defeated by Chloe, causing the Rudra's Infon in Michael to return to Masayuki, granting him some memories and experiences, but possibly not in their entirety yet. It's uncertain how the author will further develop Rudra in the future, as many details are not explained very clearly and are left to the fans to guess and fill in.

In the TenSura world's setting, the most important factor is the strength of the soul. Ultimate skills are all powerful, but the true strength often depends on the soul strength of the skill holder and their understanding of the skill. Among ultimate skills, god-level skills are definitely more powerful. Among the traditional ultimate skills, the seven deadly sins and the seven virtues are certainly stronger. The Lord of Justice, on paper, is also more powerful. As for the number of skills, one can have multiple skills but not an infinite number; the soul strength has limits and can only bear skills of matching strength and quantity.

It feels very much like a case of predestination. In fact, most of the powerful individuals in this world are, in one way or another, related to Veldanava. The one who truly breaks this pattern is Rimuru. All those related to Rimuru have become a new source of power, and Rimuru is very likely also a reincarnation of Veldanava. So, in essence, only those related to the Creator God can attain a powerful status. It's quite realistic in a way, but it also gives the impression that ordinary people struggle a lot in this world. Most of the humans who have fragments of Rudra's soul attached to them are emperors. I skipped this part of the content in Volume 17 because I didn't think it was part of the main storyline.
