Costa Rica is a beautiful place. When we went it was pre-Google maps and smartphones. Luckily, someone told us to spend the extra money and rent a GPS with the rental car. We are so glad we did. Many of the roads are not marked.
LOL. When we watched your FIRST international video, you just came out with your "Returning To The USA" video. Hello again! I last said hello after your cow-in-Portland, OR/Heifer Intl visit. Husband and I still watching your older videos in sequence, liking and loving all the way! Watching that first international video was just AWESOME! Post congratulations!!!

You know we are a fan of ferries, so this one looks like a great way to add to your adventure!! What are you doing to use data in another country? Do you have a local plan, or do you pay to use your personal plan anywhere? So many dead ends! Awesome deal on the airbnb - those are my mind of prices!
Thanks. It was a beautiful ferry ride. We have switched our cell phone service to Google Fi for global service and it has worked well so far in Panama and Costa Rica. Hope this helps. John and Bev
@@RetirementTravelers We just saw an add for this while traveling this year. It says it works in Canada, but I don't think it's advertised here. I have looked at the plans, and it seems like a really great deal! Appreciate the heads up, and the reminder this exists!
