I think what gave Sukuna a further boost beyond what Maki got, is that his "sacrifice" happened in the womb. Based on the cursed womb paintings having blood manipulation just from Kenjaku mixing his blood into the pregnacy, and Sukuna's 4 armed body, its implied that cursed techniques, the body, the soul, etc are very maleable in the womb, able to be shaped in a similar way to what Mahito did with people; and this allowed Sukuna to not just "sacrifice" his twin, but also incorporate or conjoin his twin's body, cursed energy, and cursed technique into his own. This explains why he has 4 arms, 2 mouths, at least double the cursed energy reserves of the next person (Yuta) with the highest reserves, and a rare dual curse technique, Cleave & Dismantle, plus the Fuga arrow.
Edit: basically being in the womb meant that by "consuming" his twin he was able to incorporate his twin's body, CE, CT into his own, but it was only possible while in the womb, and isn’t actually a technique he possess. This could also explain why Sukuna's cursed technique is related to eating in the first place. The Innate Domain (which is the basis for the person's Curse Technique) is a mental landscape that reflects a person's mind and soul. And since Sukuna was starving while in the womb, his Innate Domain reflects his hunger and willingness to do anything to eat and survive. Its possible that Sukuna wouldn't have even had a cursed technique at all if it he hadn't been starving while in the womb, and the reason he is so hedonistic and constantly seeking to "eat" his fill is because his soul and mind were shaped in the womb to reflect a starving child. And when you're literally starving, things like morals, ideals, love, and humanity are worthless. The ONLY thing that matters, is getting your next meal.

Let’s add to this the fact that yuji has a partial heavenly restriction. Meaning that sukuna, in theory, may have the type of heavenly restriction that mechamaru suffered from. But Sukuna consumed his twin’s body and thus it’s actually a benefit to him, warping his flesh in a useful way rather than a disease-ravaged way

I’ve noticed that the common consensus is that Yuji hit a streak of 8 Black Flashes from Chapter 256 to 257. But then we have the statement in 258 about how he hit 7. I went back to 257, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the second Black Flash we see in 257 belongs to Sukuna. After Yuji’s first one, the top of the next page shows Sukuna shifting his arms in regards to Yuji’s. The immediate next panel (and draw of the page) is a Black Flash. We see Sukuna in the foreground, and the Black sparks leaping out the same way they did for Yuji’s, in the same direction as well, but for Sukuna, appearing to be his. We can also see that Yuji looks like he’s blocking, with an impact being drawn on his right arm. Adding on to that, the next time we see a wide shot of Yuji, he’s literally flying through a railing, as if blown away. This means that Yuji only hit seven in total (six in 257) making the statement in 258 true, and explaining where Sukuna’s domain came from. Sukuna managed to hit five (Maki, Larue, Maki(with added dismantles), Choso, and then the one against Yuji. Gege isn't new to making Black Flashes hard to see.
Also wanted to talk about how it's possible Sukuna's brother may have allowed himself to be eaten so Sukuna could survive. Which could mean his world view is already wrong because he survived and became strong because someone selflessly sacrificed themselves for him.

3:59 The thing is, had Maki died instead...Mei's ability with just a x2 boost would be incredibly strong but Maki seems to have gotten a x10 boost. So I can imagine that Creation CT might have made this Sukuna fight a forgone conclusion
Mai's ability is the same as Yorozu, even if we assume she becomes as strong as her.. there's no point because even 15f Sukuna pretty much caught her lackin hard

I think so long as your technique involves a physical hit, you should be able to land a blackflash. Gojo got his first blackflash off while using blue on his fist to strike sukuna
The third comment wasn't asking about why he couldn't use flame during the fight, he asked why he didn't use it during the first domain clash. The answer to this question is simple, if you pay attention to the dialogue which most jjk fans don't, gojo said that "you can expand your domain's range further than this right?" Meaning during the first domain clash he purposefully lower the range on Malevolent shrine to just slightly bigger than gojo's domain. Evidence of this is how small the crater is compares to the one made in shibuya
So Mahito can squish the beanbag where UiUi can take out the beans and put them in a new bag

Speaking on the gojo question (#3 ) as i reread during this break. The more apparent it becomes gojo could never beat sukuna.
Ffs the only time sukuna got hit with UV was because he was having it adapted/too slow on the rct pickup.
I still would of loved to see gojos improvised boxing method. Maybe FBE would be enough for the domain clash? Against regular sukuna
My question is, going by what Megumi's soul and body has been put through:
1. 8 black flashes from Yuuji
2. 4 unlimited Voids
3. Cleaves and dismantle frim Yuuji
4. Getting hit with the executioner sword in the hand
5. Jacobs ladder
6. Cleave from Yuta
7. Boogie woogie jumping from Todo

I think as long as the blow is efficient enough as long as it has cursed energy it should be allowed to blackflash since the only given stipulation was the difficulty of the timeframe and how even atmospheric conditions could throw off the timing.
for example i definitely think yuji could do a divergent application of cursed techniques like a delayed cleave.

hey man, I had a couple questions but i just wanted to say i love your videos, i get a lot of my jjk news from you and i think you do very well at explaining aspects of jjks story and themes. but anyway, my first question is how strong do you think choso is in comparison to the disaster curses, or just the verse in general? in my mind i figured he must be the weakest just based off the other curses feats, but its honestly hard to tell. also a quick last question, do you think yuji would have won the fight against choso if that last punch was a black flash (just wondering since the animators made a clear callback to yuji fighting his brothers)? im curious to know your thoughts!

2:32 I’ve always interpreted Ui-UI’s CT differently.
In the Gift/Gift Box example the Gift Box would be the body and the Goft is the soul. The contents of the gift box can change without the box being by involved or acknowledging the change.
So the reason their bodies don’t change is because the body doesn’t know that its contents were swapped, the souls. I’m sure the limit on his CT per person has to do with this finesse of keeping the body unaware of the swaps.
Maybe the jujutsu kaisen is in the break weeks we spent together
i sincerely hate how Yuji got amped up to being a high special grade sorcerer that hit 8 black flashes just to be sidelined to make room for Yuta Satoru. Like, what was the point if Sukuna can just toss him aside after all that shit??
I know this question may not be answered but I figured I asked anyway. Given everything we know about their status and where we currently are in the story, what are the chances of Nobara returning? Additionally, if she does return, what specifically can she do to help defeat Sukuna?
UI UI's soul swap technique from the moment it was revealed seemed to be a bit under-described for me but simply by adding another "Box" to his description it seems to work better for me.
If you imagine a body as a box, inside That box is a smaller Box that we'll call the soul and inside that box is the contents of the soul; the memories, experiences and everything that makes you, You.
Ui Ui seems to be able to teleport any of the 3 things I described. He can teleport the big box (basic teleportation), the smaller box (Doing a mini-Mahito by changing their souls), OR he can teleport the CONTENTS of that smaller box with another lot of Contents so that the soul doesn't change shape or its composition at all and it's functionally just like the 2 people have always been in each other's bodies

Not factoring actual strength, Who are some characters who theoretically could hurt Mahito by damaging his soul? Off the top of my head, Principal Yaga and Ui Ui should be able to perceive the soul based on how their techniques work so would they able to?

Is there anything special with Sukuna's lineage? Everyone related to him (that was shown) is either extremely strong, or has extremely fast growth. If so, why is it never mentioned by the likes of Gojo or Naobito?
Funny how you say TMNT is “kinda Marvel”, there's actually several crossover comics with the TMNT and Batman as well as an animated movie featuring the TMNT and Batman. (Seeing Batman fight The Shredder is the dopest thing as a childhood Batman/TMNT fan)

every theory is interesting, but the fact is that doesn't matter how you look at it, Sukuna as a one man would be prodigy, as he has more than twice of Yutas CE that means that without eating his twin he could have insane amount of it anyway amd he's a brain beyond anyone else's, pinnacle of jujutsu for a reason

You made a mistake by saying Uiui can only swap the soul content. Uiui can swap the soul. The soul is the content and the body is the box.
He's not wrong. As he said the body follows the soul so they wouldn't be able to swap bodies and train if that was the case.
if only mf gege made another volume of Sukuna fights instead he made Takaba fight for whole volume and had 2 month break this year like he deserved it😜
Of course he can swap a soul into a body with no soul. How else did yuta end up end gojos body? Gojo was already dead. Unless he was able to swap Yuta into Gojos body because he had swapped them in the past with concent from both🤔
