    It's great seeing fitness channels that understand that the point of a vacation is usually to make memories and enjoy yourself, and sometimes that is indulging a little and not sticking to "the plan" to the point that you are too worried.

      Yeap! As long as we know how to get back on track, a little break isn't bad

    yeah this video and the other one in which you started with hitting the gym is way better in educational way than any other video of fitness influencers

    great video. as someone who does powerlifting with barely any cardio and weight stabling at 83kg for competitions, you hiking at iceland is already a good way to burn those fats. i myself do 10k steps a day or just a 1hour walk. alot of people underestimate hiking, and just walking in general. i went to vietnam, binge whatever i could but was clocking 12k steps a day and i didnt gain weight infact i lost 2kg. hopefully this helps!

      Yeah I suspect all that hiking helped me out a lot 😅 been incorporating daily walking and it’s been helping !

    Good shit brother. I’ve been enjoying seeing your fitness journey. I started getting back into fitness after I had a bad back injury in 2022 and it’s helped maintain my back strength and prevent injuries. Keep at it 🤝

    Try to do some anaerobic exercises when you at journey - this type of exersices burn a lot more calories because they are biochemicaly unefficient. You can turn almost every exercise into anaerobic one using interval training, for example, you can do push-ups in static + using Tabata protocole. In a good case you must feel muscle-burning at 7th or 8th round of Tabata. Also, these will drastically increase testosterone production and methabolism rate, if you will do 3-4 Tabatas per day on big muscles groups like quads or spine.

    There are some bits of good info in here. Thanks for sharing, however it seems a little click-baity in that the "how" is that you bought a lot of help. I am sure I could do the same easily if I bought my trainer and meal prep.

    how do you go on a deficit while still feeling like you have enough energy to do your daily workout and exercise? this is my struggle right now :(

    • @Dargoyaki
      @Dargoyaki  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Personally felt that the first 2-3 weeks of a caloric deficit are the hardest. I guess what helps keep me going is really eating a high volume of food with low calories. Also for training, taking breaks is important - no point going so ridiculously hard on one day which gasses you out for the next 3 days. Better to lower that intensity and do just enough so that you can continue each day

    Great video bro! I have been following your TH-cam channel for a while and I am honestly really happy with the content you share!! I think that you have a great amount of potential in creating an engaging audience due to the quality of your videos. I would actually like to help you out in copywriting for your email, sales pages, advertising copy, website copy, social media pages or anything that you like which can include exclusive aesthetic hacks and self-improvement tips, productivity hacks, promotion of various for eg :workout routine, skincare routine, supplements or anything that caters to self improvement providing value to your target audience which can potentially drive more traffic to your TH-cam channel. Also, I am myself a huge consumer of self-improvement content so I do have a good idea of what your audience may find valuable! Let me know what you think if you are interested. You also just earned a sub btw. Thanks for reading!!

    Great tips! Fun you went to Sweden 🇸🇪🍖 Luckily we have lots of on-the-go options for protein like yoghurt etc, which is hard to find for me now living in China 😊

      @@Dargoyaki definitely, but likely I can buy salad for lunch with protein and cook most dinners myself 😊 definitely more expensive and time consuming, but you've got to reach those goals 🔥
