Everyone is enjoying themselves and this guy is so negative. I went to phi phi and everyone i met was having the time of their lives. The view point was stunning, if you go the back way (although it was a bit more rural) past cobble beach hotel etc, then you see another side of phi phi and also dont have to pay for the journey! You can then go back down the way he came and see all the same views going down which are just as impressive. Slinkys was always the best/busiest place to go to each night but there are plenty of bars around the area to go to before and enjoy your evening including a tree house bar if you can find it. There is also local boxing and irish bar called the dubliner and many more around the same area. Out of 4 islands phi phi was my favourite!
dude, really cool blog. I'm making this same-ish trip through south Thailand with a friend this June. So thank you for all the advice and suggestions. I'm hoping the rainy season means less crowds.
Just watching your old videos, I miss the feel in these vlogs so much! Your editing has gotten so much better, but this video is a great example of how things used to be a little simpler: chill vibes, relaxing tracks, simple edits but still captured the moment. Maybe I'm just biased. Keep on traveling and making more films, Christian!

Is it best to get flight arrangements now from Chiang Mai to Angkor Wat/Angkor Wat to Phuket or can we just get them while we are there? We want to wing it while there for the most part except for Flight from SLC, Utah to Chiang Mai and then from Phuket to home. But we need to know if fights will not be available if we wait until we get there. Also, if you have any suggestions for International Travel Virgins, that would be great too! Thank you, Tonya
