@@Maragidyne555 I get it, but it wasn't the case here. I wanted to use the coolest heat actions visually, not the most damaging. I did use some dull ones like the iron pipe but I was thinking too fast.

Excellent battle. this is my favorite battle in yakuza 0 along with kiryu vs kuze final battle.
i liked the handled in the second phase, because isn't easy, but you did a great work. In last phase, fantastic counter + taunt and the final touch with mad dog style.
Keep it up, you're very good.
Thanks a lot Dante! Lao Gui is one of my favorite villains story-wise, but the battle was a pain in the ass to no damage. Took me about 6 or 7 times to do it because in both first and second phase he can get a sudden invincibility and just hit you while you're doing a combo. And the last phase is just made for countering with Breaker or Mad Dog. 🤗

Holy shit, you have my absolute respect. I didn't believe no damage boss fights were possible on legend with the amount of hyper armour, let alone against Lao Gui! I can't even beat him on hard without chugging a staminan royale or two in the last phase. Also the counter at 2:05 almost made me spit my drink. Subbed.
