The Cambrian Coast Express 2010 - 44871 (Part 2)

The Cambrian Coast Express running from Machynlleth to Pwllheli operated by West Coast Railways.
Filmed on five days, 28th & 30th of July & 11th, 13th & 30th of August 2010.
Part 1 is the outward journey and Part 2 is the return journey and running tender first.
Part 1 locations:
Machynlleth Station, Machynlleth, Derwenlas, Penhelig, Tywyn to Tonfanau, Llangelynin, Barmouth, Barmouth to Llanaber, Llanystumdwy & Afonwen
Part 2 locations:
Afonwen, Llanystumdwy, Criccieth, Penrhyndeudraeth, Talsarnau (2 Locations), Harlech, Friog, Penhelig Station & Machynlleth Station

Many thanks for sharing these expertly shot videos with us. I can only echo the other comments posted here: some really interesting and unusual locations coupled with the magic of a balck five. Many years ago I did this trip behind Hinton Manor. Let's hope they can get someting sorted for 2012!

Great filming. You cant beat a black five ( although for old times sake it would be nice to see a manor back on home ground).
