The Ultra 4d fwd is the best in my opinion. I bought the 2’s first and the upper is less stretchy/warm. Spend the extra $20 for the Ultras in my opinion. Also, they have the same 4d print as the 2’s w/23% more cushion.
Detached tongue is my only complaint with these sneakers, l have 3 pairs the 1st version was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable, the 2nd version was incredible but the lack of a detached tongue bothered my foot somewhat. I will pass going forward until hopefully a padded detached tongue is added!
why does the the lack of detached tongue bother you? I'm not being facetious and certainly not trying to criticize I'm simply asking your opinion. I only ask because one of the revelations over the last couple of years I've had with running shoes and sneakers or tennis shoes in general seems to be that a lot of companies have gone to this kind of sock fit which has been just fantastic in my opinion.
yes, if you goes to ultra4d i think its true squeze underneath the ankle because i had try it, but if you goes to 4dfwd2 you dont find anything "disturbing" like that..
i like this adidas 4dfwd and you will know what you buy when you try this shoes for running... very very help you to goes forward... i have the worldcup series (white blue grey)
Do you feel it as fun ,comfortable and addicting as the Ultraboost 22 for running? Both have almost the same weight and I totally loved running near 500 miles with my "heavy" UB,22. I'm wondering if I will like this 4D FWD 2 for casual and running. Weight of the shoe is not a problem to me if it has a good stability, rocker and bounce.
I really want to like em. But everytime i got them on feet im underwhelmed. I clean my soles before wearing. And cleaning these would be a parttime job.
Thanks for adding in the Ultra 4Dfwd in there to compare atleast visually. I’m looking at getting the Ultras but not sure now after seeing the 4dfwd 2. I’m not a big sneaker guy. I’ve owned 3 pairs of Alphabounce and now Kaptir 2.0. But I wore those as daily shoes, not so much for running. I really want a shoe with the 4D tech. Just unsure of which to settle on lol
@@dannywong6540I just tried both and the non ultra was more comfortable for me solely because the logo piece on the top of the tongue is less rigid. The ultras tongue piece pressed into my ankle more when stepping. Plus I got the fwd 2 for only $100.
Yes, I am curious to the difference I love continental tires on my bike, and will vouch for their durability. I was looking for feedback if the continental outsold is just as durable as they are pretty thin, and am worried of ruining the lattice soon as I eat through the outsole.
PLEASE RESPOND FAST! I watch all your videos for shoes, I recently seen this video and finally bought a pair. I went true to size, the adidas logo on the side is rubbing up against my pinky toe. Not right on my toe but towards the back where the bone points out to the outer side. Why would this be? To large? To small? I’ve never had a issue with adidas and I love these shoes but I need answers fast so I can return these if I need to!
Please can you all like this or something to make him see it faster, idk when my warranty will expire, and I’m not sure exactly why this issue is happening. Or if someone else can answer it I’ll be greatful. Thank you 🙏
I wanted to try the Adidas 4DFWD technology. I bought the first edition like the black ones you have in the video. Except mine are the signal green color with pink and black. I always welcome new technology! Cool idea from Adidas, but the reality is I wasn't sold on the technology or comfort. I found no spring pushing my feet forward. Also, I thought they would be so much softer. They are just a firm dead response that goes nowhere. I am a huge Boost fan! Own many versions of the running shoes. The Ultra Boost 20's are hands down my favorite model. I think I'm just so used to and spoiled by the comfort from boost. I'm glad I tried the 4DFWD. They are a good looking shoe, but it doesn't compare to the Boost technology and comfort!!
Great video! I am curious though, Im probably not the only one wondering, as i haven’t seen a comparison video on the Ultra 4dfrd VS 4dfrd 2. which is overall more comfortable? upper and midsole considered. I’m on the fence on these two. Thanks!
Hes-saw in ur last post you had on a pair of NB Unlaced. Pls let me know do they slide on & off feet with ease or not so much? Would really like to know b4 buying. Thanks
🌴These shoes rock when you 1st put them on a fun gota get used to the different set up & design total premium shoe. But cold weather takes all the fun and excitement away. But work well for long distance walking they'll come through & have you surprised. Not an energy return surprise but the ability to handle longer task's with more ease.Decided to go for longer walks these shoes come through and can handle it.Your really floating though your walk but go down a size not true to size.🌆
Ultraboost shoes are getting uglier iteration after iteration. These looks way better and I think it’s comfier than Ultraboost. But I like the old model design more than the new one.
Adidas wise Lightstrike pro is the best tech but Boost and 4D goes 50/50 depending on the model. I'd say 4D has more potential while boost has more models obviously and has been seen for years
@Mike Pritchard If you're open to other brands besides Adidas, Nike Invincible Run Flyknit 2's or the original can be had for around $100 any colorway on the Nike website right now usually $180 if they're even in stock I copped my third pair off ebay used like new for $35 and like $10 shipping. I'm waiting on my pair of Adios Pro 2's to come in right now for a more daily able pair but the PrimeX Strung is a beautifully made shoe that does its job more than well.
its funny how americans thend to say basically 'öDIdas' I understand this is essentially a paid advertisement, but reviewing a shoe that is marketed as running shoe without having ran in them is pretty low effort. I hope adidas didn't pay too much. I would advise anyone to read reviews that are by established, big sites that are more likely to offer honest information and actually test the shoes and/or collect user feedback. I have maybe 30km in them so not a lot to see, was just curious if there is anything interesting to know but this was basically repeating marketing material. Obviously a continental rubber doesn't make it last long, it's a marketing gimmick, it either does or not - has to be tested, the logo doesn't make it more durable. There have been shoes where the rubber wore off surprisingly quick. Otherwise it looks pretty cool and I got them for their looks as there's probably cheaper running shoes that are similar or better for running.

I have the black 4DFWD and i love them. Super comfy, look great, go with anything in my wardrobe and they are a big staple in my wardrobe.

@@Audiorevue it squeezes the area "uderneath the ankle" that your foot slides in, that makes a huge difference in comfortability!

I got like 6 pair of 4D sneakers and these joints the most comfortable 🏆💰
🎉🙌🙌
Dam u rich, I only got 1 pair, didn’t come yet but I have high hopes for comfort!
@@jopopocodm4754 nah I got most of em on sale 🤷🏽♂️
How do these compare to 4d ultra?
How long does it take before they get raggedy? The durability of the material can't be very long.
I want to try these but i like keeping my shoes clean and this midsole looks like it's gon be a headache
Is 4D good for all day standing?

Hi,
I purchase adidas 4DFWD 2 same color which you have, but its midsole is in yellow on some areas, how can it be fixed? Kindly guide me.
Does the continental rubber last longer than the non branded outsole?

Hi Hes , what's your opinion of ON shoes and its technology?
THIS WILL SOUND DUMB BUT THE MORE YOU WEAR THEM THE BETTER THEY GET , YES YOU COULD SAY THAT FOR ALL SNEAKERS BUT THESE IT A MUST
I like the 4D series. the ones I have are very comfortable and very different from other shoes I have. the new ones look awesome
Any news on Airmax BWs are we getting another drop this year?
0:15 what shoes are those?
$130 on Adidas website
Because of you, I got like six pairs of these‼️😂😂
not the dust and debris go inside that sole?? it looks awkward
The single most comfortable pair of shoes that have ever graced my feet. Also took a lot of pain out of my broken ass knees for running
I just got a pair of these for 50% off and they feel great so far.
From where you got them?
Solid explanation and analysis
Have you seen the 4d Krazed releasing soon? Like a Yeezy 500 midsole with 4d heel!
If the oem is sponsoring, how do we get a honest review?
Hes-saw in ur last post you had on a pair of NB Unlaced. Pls let me know do they slide on & off feet with ease or not so much? Would really like to know b4 buying. Thanks
He's got a review of those coming I can't wait I want to get a pair so bad
Reviews coming but they actually do slide on pretty easily just have to kind of get used to it!

Is it me, or this is the first time we’re having an optic white color on a pair of 4D’s?
I’m still with ultra boost
They never offer these in a size 15 which really pisses me off. I want to try them
I found I needed a size bigger than usual, maybe try some close to your size anyway
Man they should have done a 4D midsole YZY Jeeez
Compared to boost ? Honest opinion
It's same, these are a bit stiffer maybe
Very comfortable shoes❤
The upper is hideous, maybe in discount next summer if they have some better color designs
Ultraboost shoes are getting uglier iteration after iteration. These looks way better and I think it’s comfier than Ultraboost. But I like the old model design more than the new one.
Agree the newer ultra boost lack proper proportion in aesthetics the older gen looks better and sleeker
Can we get a Free Hiker 2 review? They look awesome
Just have a pair ordered finally!
Must have missed it, but how comfy are they? Better than boost or nah?
Boost is the best trust me
apparently better
