Lpns sit for the nursing Nclex-PN as well. And I heard it’s much harder then the Nclex-RN. So she is wrong on that it’s not only a certificate programs. And you receive a occupational associates degree. That you can continue on to use for your AS depending on the school. Thanks !
LPNs can start IVs. If it’s a blood transfusion, an RN must be present for secondary check. Two nurses must always check blood transfusions at bedside. At least, that’s how it is in GA. Otherwise, enjoyed the video

I was an IV tech for a company that shipped meds to long term care facilities, and from what ive read on patients' charts many of the IVs were administered by LPNs. Might depend on the state
Well she's a doctor because she has her PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree. Pharmacists are required to be doctors. It gets a little confusing because it's too common to use the word "doctor" in place of physician, which is someone with an MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree.

LPN diploma program still does exist with nursing and takes about a year to complete. then associates ADN then bachelors BSN then graduate NP then DP
