I wonder why the Flow l/m value is 0-400, how the 400 value was chosen

You are welcome, regarding your question, I used about 5000 data ,and I have to find frequency so that I need to determine a range of flow, I selected 0-400, you can change the range , the smaller range, represent the flow better, I hope now it’s be clear
