Great video! I'm too slow for any form of competition but it seems like this could be a great baseline test to see how you've improved over time (or not LOL). 2 Questions, can you go full out on each of the 3 segments and still be recovered enough for the next one, or is should you hold back a little and only give it all at the 3rd one? And secondly, is there any way to know the segments and where they start beforehand (like on other courses then this one)?
Thanks!! I’d recommend either Wahoo Kickr (or core) or Tacx Neo. Both top of range direct drive smart trainers, but quite honestly…. Indoor trainings hard enough without worrying about the accuracy or reliability of your trainer. The two pros for Tacx are it’s quiet and doesn’t need to be plugged in. The Wahoo, just a better brand imo and better connectivity (and slightly cheaper than Tacx)
They’ve got banners at the start of the segments now! I dropped off because I didn’t know it was just a case of pushing on the segments. I pushed on the whole ride. 🙈 decent first video!! 🤟
Welcome to TH-cam! Been following you on IG for a bit. Great vid!

Great video Thank You Zwift should Get you on Board
Thanks so much!
wowza, some pretty impressive times! 💪👏
Thanks! Would be lying if I said I didn't work for it 😅
The segment start lines confused a lot of people, nicely done having the km markers written down before you started!
So confusing! Definitely helped to know the distances and understand what marked the start and end of the segment.
Great video, Zwift should link this video to the companion app, so that you see video before the race , with all the Tips !!!
What a great idea! Haha thank you 🙏

Great update! They definitely needed better markers for the segments so glad they did that 👍
