True. It's just that- people dont like her for reasons that concern or affect them 0% @niahoward913 🤷♀️. Never even placed eyes on her in real life but "don't like her" and have to share it with the world 😂
@nancyarsenault3876 but why? She's a great mom she says why she has all those baby dad's she isn't trying to say it's great... but she is sober she makes good money she spends time with them she does things with them most important she gives them all love... it's disgusting to me that people judge her for her baby dad's she was in a relationship with them all she wasn't with a bunch of men at the same time the way she grew up it is amazing she's doing so good
I love how fast she talks lol she has so much helpful insight and wisdom to share! You can tell she thinks fast and efficiently with the way she articulates her words… she’ll be an amazing lawyer some day!
Love that she honestly acknowledges the differences between her raising her kids and someone else doing so. I don’t necessarily respect every decision she’s made in her life but I respect how she has always had a mind to create a better future for her kids than she had. It’s a good point to wonder what she may have become if raised in a healthier stable household. Honestly good on her for always working hard!!
Yeah they made her out to be a nag and a my way or the highway type, but hell she HAD to be, Isaac was always made to be seen as the immature prick, so now I'm like, was he? Freakin MTV lol
I truly admire Kailyn Lowry. I am over 60 years old, but I used to watch Teen Mom. She is so strong, well adjusted, resilient. Truly amazing woman. We can all learn something from her ❤
She’s grown so much on me! I liked hearing her story and how she changed things up so much. I saw some videos of her parenting her kids and she’s so calm with it but sets those strong boundaries and doesn’t let her kids disrespect her without having to scream at them.
You can heal from that trauma, rather than being in the role of a victim forever. I don’t mean that in a mean way, Al-Anon and other support systems are available to help you live life and have freedom from your past
@@emtwryou just don't know without living it,like any other awful childhood. I would say having abusive & or alcoholic parents it makes one feel different from everyone not necessarily a victim.
Wow, MTV really didn't do her justice. I never realized how hard she worked and how well she did despite her hard youth. The shows kinda made it seem like she was just a mess making bad decisions all the time. I hope she's really proud of herself.
...😂 out of all the girls at the time, she was going to school, isaac was a jerk, her mom gave 0 support, she was never the messy bad decision party teen like some of the rest. Honestly though, I really only ever watched the season she was in, and caught tabloids and clips of all the rest, but I don't remember Kailyn ever being painted as the unresponsible one, just bitchy lol
I feel you, kailyn. My mum abandoned me at 14. I fell pregnant at 18, and I'm now 34. I haven't seen her in 20 years and I still have a hard time with it too. It does suck. Really glad you are so open with your life. Xx
14:20 😂 I can refresh your memory! lol I watched that show religiously when it was first on tv. So what happened was, Kail your mom was clearly not taking care of you and Joes mom (Joe is the father of Kail’s first son) turned into momma bear over you. She was a person you could trust and lean on. Joes mom would defend you during fights with Joe even. After your mom countlessly didn’t show up for you Joes mom decided that it would be best if you permanently lived with them. ❤ and then Joes mom turned on you when ya’ll broke up. That was so sad to see! You have definitely come far Kail! Great job!!
Yay, it’s Kailyn! I followed Teen Mom 2 for a long time. They’re my age exactly! Love hearing her story. Would love to see the other girls on here too!
Ok first of all, I decided to watch this one on a whim…HOLY MOLY! I am so glad I did! I actually watched her when on 16 and Pregnant so I was kinda skeptical…I am blown away by how far she has come, how funny and real she is. I feel so proud for her! Thank you so much for having her on! Totally a new fan of hers now!
I'm 10 years older than Kail and I've watched her since 16 and pregnant. I've always had empathy and immense respect for what she's created for herself! She is a go-getter! I love how you can tell she doesn't take any crap, from anyone, without her even saying she's that way. 💪🏻❤
What a wonderful pod cast this was. I agree with Kailyn on so many things, except med free deliveries. My shortest was 30 hours. I used to tell kids don't ask unless you want to know. They got the correct answer with the correct vocabulary. They still always asked. Just wanted to let you all know how much I enjoyed this time. Blessings from Pittsburgh
I'm only 18 minutes into this and this made me realize how much i love listening to Kail. She makes a podcast so interesting. She's great to listen to.
Kailyn is so relatable. So many people, including me, grow up in households with addicted/depressed/absent parents with no other adults to step in. I got pregnant at 18 in 2006 and was in a pretty helpless place but like Kail, I used my past as drive and was able to do pretty well for myself and my child, who is now 17! I remember watching Kailyn’s first episode and thinking “she’s gonna make it” because I saw in her the resiliency needed to fight against the stats that were against her. Just need to say congrats to all the girlies, including Kail, who’ve made it out 🤍 we CAN do big things ON OUR OWN!
I did not expect to listen to this whole podcast but genuinely enjoyed every minute. Kail is so cool, so fun, so smart, so resilient. What a pleasure. I feel like Abby and Kail could be genuine friends! Matt and Abby you both made this interview feel so easy and i felt like I was there chatting with the dudes lol
Matt and Abby are really good at this. They all the right questions, and they are so respectful ❤and respectable. I’m proud of y’all. You’ve grown so much in the past year! ❤❤
Awesome episode!! My ADHD (or maybe FOMO) prevents me from ever listening to a whole show, podcast, etc. but I listened to all of this and loved it! I hate that MTV never really showed us this side of Kail. It would have been awesome to know that she had so much drive, especially knowing that she had a hard life in her early years. I’m very happy for her. And y’all did a good job interviewing her!
When you have been a teen parent, you TALK TO YOUR KIDS about all that stuff. It just comes with the territory to make those conversations "normal". Talking about drugs, sex, and relationships/friends is just easy for me to talk to my kids about and I don't know what it would have been like if I had kids later in life
I was 21 when I had my first n only child but I talk to him openly about sex, drugs, alcohol & the consequences of choosing to partake in those activities. He's 14 now n him n I are so close with our communication. I love tgat he's knowledgeable about these topics n that he learned them from his mom n not from other kids or teachers.
So grateful to hear other women with an alcoholic parent finding strength in setting boundaries with them!! I’m almost 4 years no-contact with my dad and it is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself and my recovery, but there are also the really hard days like Kailyn mentioned. At any age it can feel very isolating and I think for those able to talk about their experiences, it can really help those who aren’t ready to share yet. Thanks Matt and Abby for having this incredible woman on your show!
Kailyn came from nothing. I’ve watched her go from homelessness and orphaned with a baby on her hip to a successful and financially stable mom. There’s nothing wrong with having seven children if they’re cared for and she’s got that down.
So dumb no child should have a broken family especially having 4 different baby daddies or having your kids have instability by having man after man. Doesn’t matter if they have everything materialistic things aren’t always the most important aspect of life.
My husband and I are recovering heroin addicts. Going on 7 years now, we own a home, have fancy vehicles, have three little girls, number three will be here Oct 1st. And my husband and I worry constantly about if they will choose a path of addiction. I especially with our oldest. She is 4 and already has soooo many addict tendencies. It’s so scary to think about and then to think how our parents felt.
My husband and I have had to talk to each of our kids as they've gotten older about addiction. My fil was an alcoholic and there's also alcohol addiction on my side of the family. We had to make them aware that addiction can be genetic so they need to be aware of it. Likely something that you'll want to speak to your girls about when they get older, not to scare them, but to make them aware. That's awesome that you and your husband were able to both quit and build a successful life together 😊
OMG I haven’t watched this yet but I grew up and am still keeping up with the teen mom series! I always wanted Kail to come back after she left! So happy you guys did this sit down!!!!!!!
As a motherless mom, I can relate to Kailyn so much! It’s so freaking hard to be a mom without your own mother so love and support you! She’s a rockstar!
I have never really followed Kail but I have to say how proud of her I am. She’s an amazing mom and provider and she’s doing everything she can to provide for her self and she’s doing an amazing job. She’s also so well spoken and articulated. You go girl!🫶🏼
I’ve only really known about Kail from 16 and pregnant. I didn’t follow her story or keep up with her life since she’s been on tv. Then this year she kept coming up on my fyp regarding books. I started following her instagram and found her podcasts and I’ve grown to really respect her and enjoy her content. She’s also real and won’t apologize which is so amazing! She is doing the damn thing 👏👏👏
She's 100% real, that's what I like about her. My 10yo& 4yo knows the exact words of body parts. They both got to see our 3rd baby be born at a birthing center. My 10yo has slowly been asking questions about sex & his body since he's been hearing it from kids at school. I'm with Kail when she said, she wants her kids to hear it from her then from other kids.
This war one of my favorite podcast. I could sit and listen to her talk about her life all day, and I really liked the dynamic between you guys. It was great
I have been watching Kail since the beginning and I have always found her life story so interesting and amazing and I am so proud of how far she has come in this life she has built for herself and her children. I myself have three children’s fathers and had my first child when I was still in my teens, but when we show our children a different way of life and how to be responsible and talk to them how we wish we were talked to I think it really is amazing.
Kail is amazing, from going to school with Isaac as a teenager to graduating college, to now having a beautiful home with multiple incomes with 7 amazing children She did it all herself forreal
@@sha-naynay18 no shiet but she chose to apply herself and still got picked and then chose how she spent her mtv money and continued to make money she could have just collected mtv checks but she didn’t
I have always loved and applauded Kail. You’re right, they didn’t show enough of your backstory, however as a child of addicts myself in which I also became a teen mother…I saw the hurt and the pain. I recognized the strength and adversity that you had as a young woman. I will always look up to you for that because you showed me that my life wasn’t over and that I could do it too even if I was alone. My babygirl is 11 now and I just bought a house and graduated with my bachelors too ❤ Keep grinding Kail!
on having a bunch of kids, i'm one of 12, and we all got full attention and had a fantastic childhood, it's really up to how much parents are willing to invest in the greatest gifts g-d granted them
Really? How? Like if 3 kids had bad days and needed quality time, there is not enough parent to go around? I really am curious, i wonder about having more.
@@Beepbopboop19 you definitely have to be ready for it, and really dedicate a huge chunk of your life towards your children But if 3 kids need attention, you turn to the one who can handle this best and say, 'I'd love to hear what happened today, but it's a bit hectic right now. why don't you go do something to relax or chill, and we'll talk soon, is that ok?" even if the kid doesn't love hearing this right then, it teaches him or her a super valuable lesson in 1-patience, and and 2-learning to self regulate emotions when you don't have someone to talk to. These are incredible teaching moments that many children in small families don't get, because their parents are at their beck and call all day.
I absolutely love Kail. She's done everything she can to make a better life for herself & her kids. She's honest, outspoken & keeps an open mind. I think more people need to be like that 👏 Great interview too. You guys asked good questions but also kept it down to earth like a normal conversation
Hi guys, with the numb stomach, I had 5 children & my First Child was a natural birth with a Episiotomy. Then my second child was a c-section because of a Placenta praevia & then my third child I was hit in the stomach by a toddler & that broke my back waters, laboured over 12 hrs & because of the time the waters broke & nothing happened & they worry about infection because of the waters breaking I had to have another c-section the 4th child was c-section because of the previous 2. My fifth child was exactly the same as my second Placenta Praevia & they are both boys & I was told it’s not normal to have 2 placenta Praevia. Now my stomach was numb from belly button to scar, I was told it would take 3-5 years to get feeling back. I got the feeling back about 25-27 years. Thanks for sharing as I really enjoyed your podcast ❤❤❤❤❤🇦🇺
I have never enjoyed a podcast so much. I laughed, I was emotional, but all in all, I truly feel like Kail is such an inspiring, amazing person. I could listen to her forever! Don’t mind me while I head over to find her podcast 😁
I love Kail always have since day one. I’m 47 and I had my daughters at 16&18. I had my Mom & Dad they helped me and it was amazing thankfully. I wouldn’t have made it without them. I’m so proud of her she’s such an amazing Mom & person. I have 3 babies Dads. I feel I was looking for love from men who couldn’t provide that and just made babies and weren’t the right person for me. I would change a lot but never change having my daughters and I had my son at 27. I have 5 beautiful Grandkids now also ❤❤❤❤
My daughter’s preschool teacher approached me once congratulating me on such a great parenting idea, which was teaching her about consent. (For the record I’m not congratulating myself lol). It just occurred to me one day when she was a toddler we were having a tickle fight, she yelled (while laughing) “Stop!” & I took my hands off instantly. She was surprised & actually wanted to continue but she saw in that moment that stop means stop. Then another day I wasn’t in the mood to have her try to lick my face (when you have a kid, you know that’s a thing)😂 & I said “you do not have my consent, that means no permission, it means you absolutely cannot continue, no matter what.” She got it instantly & assumed all other kids knew what that meant when she told a kiddo at pre-school that they didn’t have her consent to drag her while running. So cute. I was so proud of her to have the right words to express her feelings rather than just yelling at the kid or hitting to get away or whatever. Consent & body part names are all-age appropriate. Hint: my mom told me how babies were made one day when I asked as a 3 year old “so you know how a girl is? & you know how a boy is? (I had a baby brother at the time) well when you love someone very much, you get married & then it’s like a puzzle.” 😅 I understood & she was well-aware of nuance surrounding sex & gender BUT I was 3. So there’s an idea.

Abby, I feel like you are a fantastic interviewer. You are genuine and have almost an a-emotional approach that makes the person comfortable. Keep it up. I watched this because I love Teen Mom (guilty pleasure) and I’ve watched you two since Hawaii, so great combo for me! Love it you Midwesterners :))

She is INSPIRING!! I loved this episode. I had my daughter in undergrad and just entered an optometry school. Ladies, if you’re pregnant or a young mother, you CAN achieve great things and be a mother you do not have to choose one❤
My friend and I used to have girl's night, and we would watch 16 and pregnant. I remember when her mom said, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." When Kailyn was begging for time with her mom. I remember wishing I could have reached out and give her a hug.
Its pretty amazing she has such a big heart and is able to express so much love when she never got that growing up. More living proof that childhoods font define you
This was my favorite. Kailyn is such a strong and relatable person. She is showing young women that you can overcome and be successful, no matter what life gives you!
this is really a good interview/podcast! I feel i had a certain view of Kail from just watching the T&P and she's so different from how she was portrayed. definitely so true what she said. And Matt and Abby, i truly enjoy how you all conduct your podcasts. You make your guests feel so comfortable and your conversations are so smooth and relatable. Good job! There are so many podcasts out there and this one is the only one I enjoy. Awesome to know you're fellow AZ/ PHX people!
I watched teen mom during the pandemic when I was 19 and couldn't understand why Kail made the decisions she made. Now, knowing the context of her upbringing, it makes total sense. She has become such a cool person, and I love how self-aware she is.
It's refreshing to hear such a real story. I don't have any relationship with my Mom for 20 years so I can relate with her. Just nice to hear that somebody else went through the hell I did.
Okay so I watched teen Mom and also 16 and pregnant and I definitely thought Kail's childhood was rough...but I always wondered why they didn't delve into it. I adore her...she is a true success and inspiration!!
This interview was so refreshing! 🥰 She’s the best! Grew up watching her! And I hope she know she truly made such a positive impact in preventing teen pregnancy 💕
Kaitlyn, you did a great interview. I loved you in “16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom.” Keep telling your story to prevent young teenagers from becoming pregnant at sixteen!!! Love you! ❤
I was 16 when we got pregnant with our eldest son. I was on the pill. I was given an antibiotic for strep throat. This was 1989 when the first studies showing antibiotic may reduce effectiveness of birth control were being done so no one knew yet. Three to four weeks after I was given the antibiotic, my doctor saw study when it was published and called to say use a back up method, but I was already pregnant. I graduated high school weeks after he was born, worked full time while I earned my college degree, then went to law school. We married young and had 5 more children, when older and established, ending with twins We also fostered children in our 30s, Not the life start I would recommend, but if in that situation and willing to work one's butt off and make responsible decisions, a teen mom can build an extremely successful life. I would not recommend having multiple baby daddies because we know that has extensive long-term detrimental effects on children when that is their family dynamic. A huge part of parenting is making responsible decisions.
I was the same growing up. My dad is a alcoholic and we went from living in a house to living with family to hotels and tents in a family members back yard. It was so hard growing up that way. Sometimes no water or power. As an adult now i have 5 kids and i absolutely broke that cycle and want my kids to have what i didnt. As ive watched Kail i have so much respect for her and the show did make her seem like a terrible person when she actually hasnt been.
Its pretty amazing she has such a big heart and is able to express so much love when she never got that growing up. More living proof that childhoods dont define you
Really good podcast ❤ I used to watch 16 & pregnant with my mom all the time and Kaitlyn always had a special spot on me. Giving her upbringing and all the trauma she is fucken killing it and is doing so damn well with her children. People can talk and point fingers all they want like if we’ve never made mistakes before and one thing about her is that she owns on to her bad decisions and that’s the only way we learn and grow ❤ you go girl your so inspiring and love the outcome of you because things could have been worse. I 💯 agree that MTV did a really good job portraying her as a villain because let’s be honest drama is what attracts viewers. Will always be rooting for her 🎉❤

Can you all be friends and start another podcast together? I’d totally watch it.

Best episode. I grew up watching the show and being the same age as Kailyn I never understood the life choices she made at the time. I was young too but I wish the show did her more justice. Isaac's dad and parents are SO abusive. Mind games and manipulation.
100%
I love how fast she talks lol she has so much helpful insight and wisdom to share! You can tell she thinks fast and efficiently with the way she articulates her words… she’ll be an amazing lawyer some day!
Yes I think this is why I love her podcasts! The speed she talks at is so nice to me 😂
Yes! I knew she had adhd before she did because her thoughts are so hyperactive!
She is from Delaware, her speed of talking is a philadelphia Delaware new jersey thing
No one in our family ever baby talked my kids and I personally think that it really increases and improves their vocabulary and overall intelligence
I wasn't a fan of Kailyn during the earlier Teen Mom years, but WOW, what a well-spoken and likable woman she was during this interview!
Agreed. As IVE gotten older I respect her so much and I really love how real she is. And honestly just authentic to herself!! I wish I could be!! ❤❤
Shes hard to dislike... I listen to her and Vees podcast and despite her flaws or wtv she's still real and funny
Yeah they made her out to be a nag and a my way or the highway type, but hell she HAD to be, Isaac was always made to be seen as the immature prick, so now I'm like, was he? Freakin MTV lol
As parents, we need to have those "hard/uncomfortable" discussions.
Educate your children 👏🏼 ❤
Amen!!

Omg this girl is so cool, hearing her in this space has been such a joy
I truly admire Kailyn Lowry. I am over 60 years old, but I used to watch Teen Mom. She is so strong, well adjusted, resilient.
Truly amazing woman. We can all learn something from her ❤
She’s grown so much on me! I liked hearing her story and how she changed things up so much. I saw some videos of her parenting her kids and she’s so calm with it but sets those strong boundaries and doesn’t let her kids disrespect her without having to scream at them.
Most people don’t understand the life of a person who grows up with an alcoholic parent. It ruins you for life.
My dad was. Didn't ruin me for life. I'm 65 now.
It definitely gives you PTSD from being raised with an abuser who doesn't love you only loves alcohol and drugs
Thankfully I do not. But hearing this makes me so sad. I know it is a disease. ❤
Wow, MTV really didn't do her justice. I never realized how hard she worked and how well she did despite her hard youth. The shows kinda made it seem like she was just a mess making bad decisions all the time. I hope she's really proud of herself.
Reality shows are for the drama
...😂 out of all the girls at the time, she was going to school, isaac was a jerk, her mom gave 0 support, she was never the messy bad decision party teen like some of the rest. Honestly though, I really only ever watched the season she was in, and caught tabloids and clips of all the rest, but I don't remember Kailyn ever being painted as the unresponsible one, just bitchy lol
She has 4 baby daddies and 7 kids. That’s being messy on national television
Great job!!
She did turn on Kail but I think they all felt so betrayed when kail started dating that kid (Jordan I think?).
@@samanthakwait8782 Her and Joe broke up. He was with other girls but she can't be with other guys?
Not while living free in his parents house 😂😂😂😂
@@LargeMarge8671 was it an arranged marriage or did they take custody of her?
Yay, it’s Kailyn! I followed Teen Mom 2 for a long time. They’re my age exactly! Love hearing her story. Would love to see the other girls on here too!
Ok first of all, I decided to watch this one on a whim…HOLY MOLY! I am so glad I did! I actually watched her when on 16 and Pregnant so I was kinda skeptical…I am blown away by how far she has come, how funny and real she is. I feel so proud for her! Thank you so much for having her on! Totally a new fan of hers now!
I love that she is so unapologetically herself
She is genuinely one of the realest ones on that show. And I feel so so bad for her because her momma NEVER even gave that poor guy a chance!
I never comment anywhere. But I just admire kail so much!! Love how strong and how she’s all about her kids no matter what.
People admire The wildest things
So proud she raised her kids not partaking in drugs and alcohol. She is a better mom than many of the others.
Her and Macy are my absolute favourites from the Teen mom OG's honestly ❤❤❤
Awesome episode!! My ADHD (or maybe FOMO) prevents me from ever listening to a whole show, podcast, etc. but I listened to all of this and loved it! I hate that MTV never really showed us this side of Kail. It would have been awesome to know that she had so much drive, especially knowing that she had a hard life in her early years. I’m very happy for her. And y’all did a good job interviewing her!
Lol do it in the car when your held hostage 😂
@@larac.8797 good idea! 🤣🤣🤣
Truth. I have always wanted to write a book about growing up with an alcoholic parent. It is always hush, hush and I don't know why.
Kailyn came from nothing. I’ve watched her go from homelessness and orphaned with a baby on her hip to a successful and financially stable mom. There’s nothing wrong with having seven children if they’re cared for and she’s got that down.
This is a great comment! Completely agree!!
So dumb no child should have a broken family especially having 4 different baby daddies or having your kids have instability by having man after man. Doesn’t matter if they have everything materialistic things aren’t always the most important aspect of life.
Love how yall are so consistent every Wednesday at midnight
But why do I go looking every Monday for a new one??? 😅😅
Hands down, my favorite podcast interview that you’ve done to date!!! You guys touched on so many topics and I loved every minute of this episode!
Love that you had kail on this podcast!! I've watched her for years and love to hear her talk. I've had 3 undmeicated births and I loved them all
I truly enjoyed this podcast! Kail really can get along and banter with anyone and it shows! Love yall!
I LOVED this podcast. She is so real and funny. Good vibes all around!
Kail is amazing, from going to school with Isaac as a teenager to graduating college, to now having a beautiful home with multiple incomes with 7 amazing children
She did it all herself forreal
She wouldnt have ANY of that without MTV money. I will die on that hill!
@@sha-naynay18 no shiet but she chose to apply herself and still got picked and then chose how she spent her mtv money and continued to make money she could have just collected mtv checks but she didn’t
*I hope Kail always does her podcasts, going on other podcasts, I just love her & could literally listen to home girl for hours💓*
@@Beepbopboop19 you definitely have to be ready for it, and really dedicate a huge chunk of your life towards your children
But if 3 kids need attention, you turn to the one who can handle this best and say, 'I'd love to hear what happened today, but it's a bit hectic right now. why don't you go do something to relax or chill, and we'll talk soon, is that ok?" even if the kid doesn't love hearing this right then, it teaches him or her a super valuable lesson in 1-patience, and and 2-learning to self regulate emotions when you don't have someone to talk to. These are incredible teaching moments that many children in small families don't get, because their parents are at their beck and call all day.
YOUR LYING! My mouth dropped when I saw this episode pop up this morning !! Love herrrrr
you're****
@@rachelkessinger2295 do you have anything better to do?
YESSS!! I love Kailyn so much, she’s been thru so much & she’s SO REAL - love love LOVE this podcast more & more each podcast! Y’all are great!
I have 5 beautiful Grandkids now also ❤❤❤❤
I have such emotional connection to Kail. I am so happy you did this podcast so thank you!!! ❤
THANK YOU for bringing Kail on your podcast, have been a huge fan since 16 & pregnant days 💞 Mad respect for how far she’s come & grown, so proud of you momma 🫶🏻♥️♥️
I’m still early in but I really just love and respect her. She and I had similar upbringings and I relate to a lot of what she says. Her self reflection and confidence is amazing. Refreshing to see someone so real and talk about the good the bad and the ugly.
I've loved her ambition and drive since the very beginning. So proud of you, Kail!! ❤❤❤ Thank you for being so open and unafraid to share your life with us. We've all learned from you in multiple ways.
She is INSPIRING!! I loved this episode. I had my daughter in undergrad and just entered an optometry school. Ladies, if you’re pregnant or a young mother, you CAN achieve great things and be a mother you do not have to choose one❤
Aa a mom who also doesnt have a relationship with her mom, I can totally relate to Kail. Thanks so much for sharing this!
Omg!!! Love love kail, one of the best most resilient girls I have ever seen . So proud of her .
My friend and I used to have girl's night, and we would watch 16 and pregnant. I remember when her mom said, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." When Kailyn was begging for time with her mom. I remember wishing I could have reached out and give her a hug.
This is my favorite pod cast EVER! I love Kail! I’ve always cheered for her and loved her!
Kuddos to Kailyn. She has grown so much! Shout out to her, she stepped up when she needed to. You can not fault this woman.
Its pretty amazing she has such a big heart and is able to express so much love when she never got that growing up. More living proof that childhoods font define you
This was my favorite. Kailyn is such a strong and relatable person. She is showing young women that you can overcome and be successful, no matter what life gives you!
She had MTV money. Its not realustiv🙄
this is really a good interview/podcast!
I have always loved Kail. She’s so headstrong and well spoken.
I watched teen mom during the pandemic when I was 19 and couldn't understand why Kail made the decisions she made. Now, knowing the context of her upbringing, it makes total sense. She has become such a cool person, and I love how self-aware she is.
I didn't want this interview to end. Thanks for posting this.
Great convo!!! I love that she asked questions too and they were so open to answer
Kail is by far my FAVORITE🎉🎉🎉 SOOOOOOO excited
I absolutely LOVE Kail!!!!! She is super real and open and down to earth, unlike some of the other teen mom's. ❤
It's refreshing to hear such a real story. I don't have any relationship with my Mom for 20 years so I can relate with her. Just nice to hear that somebody else went through the hell I did.
I loved this episode so much. I love Kail and have mad respect for how far she’s come in life and what a great mom she is
I LOVE Kail. So inspired by her story, her self awareness, her perseverance and empathy towards others.
This was one of the best episodes yet!
Okay so I watched teen Mom and also 16 and pregnant and I definitely thought Kail's childhood was rough...but I always wondered why they didn't delve into it. I adore her...she is a true success and inspiration!!
Kail was always so sad she didn’t have a family to spend holidays with. Now she does! I’m happy for her!!!
Will always be rooting for her 🎉❤
I love how transparent and down to earth she is.
i watched kailyn growing up and i am so proud of her. she is such an amazing mom ❤
Yes she is! I really get upset when people talk about her. I really give it to her she has always worked hard to take care of her kids 🙏🏻
I’ve always been a fan of Kail! She picked herself up dusted herself off and made a promise to herself that she would be successful! I can’t imagine doing under a microscope like she did! Congratulations Kail! You deserve the best!!! ❤
I never really connected with Kail when she was on MTV but watching this, I’ve changed my mind about her. She’s hilarious, and I think we could be friends IRL. She’s so real and genuine! I loved this episode! Also, Matt and Abby are such good conversationalists! They are really engaged, and they know the right questions to ask. This was a very entertaining episode! Great work guys. Can you all be friends and start another podcast together? I’d totally watch it.
Kail’s comment about parents not being best friends…yesss! 👏🏻 could not agree more!
I like kail!
Honestly, having a show focusing on teen pregnancy probably encourages it more than the opposite. If teens think they can be on a tv show it kind of glamorizes it
This was a GREAT podcast!! I just love Kail! I have watched her since 16 and pregnant. What made her my favorite was her strength to keep on going all by herself. I laughed all thru this show.
Best episode. I grew up watching the show and being the same age as Kailyn I never understood the life choices she made at the time. I was young too but I wish the show did her more justice. Damn the life he had to survive before building her own. She probably wont ever see this comment but I applause you for turning your life around. Im so proud of you
