  • Review the 3-4 findings in each COMMON neonatal LUNG disorder. What is ground-glass appearance? Fluid in the fissure? A honey-comb appearance? In which RESPIRATORY diseases do you get hypo-inflated lungs? When are they hyper-inflated? What about 'patchy' infiltrates? BUILD on your knowledge from the last video, and LEARN how to diagnose common diagnoses based on chest X-rays.

      we really need to do this- we made a couple of basic videos on ventilation and then a couple on the oscillator.. We're figuring out how to actually make videos with machines at bedside about different settings etc. Jet will be sooner rather than later!!!! Thanks for being here and for your great suggestions!

      Yes- they can be- and sometimes we can’t tell exactly what’s going on the NICU. Maybe we should expound on that further!
