Sad to see this building in a rough shape. I'd imagine the inside is pretty bad too. Hopefully, something new takes over this spot someday. Great video, TeknBolt!

Hey Andy, you're right its sucks to see this restaurant in a deteriorated state. My guess is the interior is gutted out and rotting inside they really boarded up this place. Thanks as always Andy!

Wow that deer wasn't scared of you at all! And those barrels of grease, eww! Thanks for the tour!

Hey, Terri I was pleasantly surprised that the deer was comfortable enough to hang out in the abandoned restaurant's backyard with me! Also that grease has been probably sitting outside ever since the restaurant closed, just marinating and getting grosser by the day. Thanks for watching.

@@TeknBolt Come to think of it, that entire property was fenced in. Maybe the deer got in somehow and now he can't get back out.

@Terri.46 Don't worry, Terri, the deer did indeed get out. There is a road to the right of the property with an old broken wooden fence that the metal fence didn't completely cover. From that gap the deer actually got out. When I was done filming, the deer was walking near the houses on the sidewalk.

The part of the roof that hangs over the edge where the gutters are located is known as an “eave”.

Dude, thanks so much I never knew that was the word for the overhanging part of the roof.

Love when old school Chinese food places had front facades like this!
