It was about five months from the start of this process till this very day. We could not have anticipated how smoothly it would go or how emotional that last day would be. We are so happy to be able to embark on this journey with the prayers and well wishes of our family and friends. How wonderful! We sold our home of 20 years after 54 years of marriage. Bought our RV and hit the road 6 years ago. We have never reqretted it. God flung open doors for us to be able to do this lifestyle and we are constantly blessed. All the best to The Banks ❤️

I am a solo lady excited about the next chapter in my life with a 5th wheel. I am prepping myself by purging ang planning while researching trucks and RVs. Watching your vids are Sooooooo inspiring to me. I was almost in tears as you transitioned from the old Reflection to the Momentum! I just saw myself moving in for the first time one day. "As a (wo) man thinkth so is (s)he". I'll have my best 4 legged bud with me as we tour the country. Believing my Father for every nudge in the right direction. I'm learning from you. I love that your videos about transitioning into full time are hitting right as we have less than 1 week to go! The raw emotion at the start of the video had me crying as well. I’m feeling all the feels right now. Joy. Fear. Happiness. Uncertainty. But we’re both excited to turn the page into this new chapter. And we’re going to enjoy the journey on the way to our destination. ❤️

I also shed a couple of tears with you. We sold our house of 22yrs that we raised our 2 girls in and moved full time in our small vacation home in Florida. After losing our jobs with Covid we were forced to downsize and then retired. It was a blessing that we even had the house in Florida. It's bittersweet but you'll make so many new happy memories. I'm so excited for you guys. We went camping for the first time last year at age 65 and found that we really liked it. We purchased a pop-up camper and now ready to upgrade to something a little bigger and take on the road at least part time. I'm so encouraged by you both. And praying for you on your journey.

@@AllAboutTheBanks Having a very large RV can be difficult with turns and certain areas. A ProMaster that can stand a person that is 6 feet tall would have been good. At least you can park them anywhere. You both enjoy your travels.
Just found your channel. We don't have a RV but it is something I'm hoping we will be able to get in a few years. I applaud you all for having the courage to live your dream. My dad was a Trucker for 40 years and we live in NC. He always hauled from the East coast to the West coast. I went with him many times as a was growing up. I understand the emotions! When Joni and I built our Barndo I really didn’t want to move. We had a conversation about how many move each of us has had, Joni 3 and Mike 23 in our lifetimes. Our last home was my longest stay. So many memories. But I remembered the verse “He works all things for the good of those who love him”. It has been one wild ride. You all will have so many adventures and amazing stories to tell by just saying yes. Happy Glamping-Mike

I told my Dude#1 let's hit the road full-time!🤣 It has crossed my mind before, but it was certainly a brief thought. We know absolutely NOTHING about that RV life! We pray God's divine protection over you guys as you begin this new life of full time traveling together!!!💚 Oh and that RV is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!
Hey Donna…thank you so much for the the well wishes. The move was bittersweet but we have no regrets. I think you guys would like camping. Start out with a campground that has cabins/cottages. We are going to be at Sun Outdoor Resort in Myrtle Beach March 14-17, 2024 and they have very nice cottages. You and Dude #1 should come join us and a few of our friends.

I feel this so much. We plan on going part time Lord willing in spring of 2024. I can’t even imagine the pain of leaving my home after 27 years and knowing it’s goodbye.
