- Dr. Mendy Minjarez, a behavioral psychologist at Seattle Children’s Autism Center, will review best practices for addressing toilet training goals for children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
my son has autism and i been potty training him since he was 2 and he still not potty trained yet
This worked perfectly :-) thx for posting!
Seriously, God bless you for this video!
Thank you sooooo much for helping parents.Allah bless you
The problem I have with this method is my autistic child has a very restricted diet and does not play imaginatively with toys, so the reward aspect is very problematic, as well as trying to force liquids and salty things.
Hi, my son is 6 he is on the spectrum and non-verbal. Me and his behavioral therapist been doing potty training since he was 4 and we set timers and only reward a good snack(that he rarely have) after going potty. I been putting him on underwear and we are still having issues every day. Also its been consistent as well. We do the timers every 15 mins.
awesome training,
I mean my child screams and cries all the sudden in public bathrooms😫
I know you’re in a different state but I am begging for help for my 4 y/o autistic child. I can’t seem to find programs here. Please.
What about a child who's scared of the toilet in public bathrooms?? She's also scared of the big toilet.
