I noticed every time you all cook ( manjhita, jhina,) you put the frying pan with oil first before you all prepare you're engrendients...that's why when you fry all burnt because the oil is very hot...why not try...prepare your onions garlic etc first before heating up the oil....i think that's very common way of cooking...just my opinion and ✌️✌️everybody🥰
