If you listen carefully, near the end of the song, he says "Who will "you" be tonight That's the question." He doesn't say "Gru" until the second time and so on. He is referring "you" as drake fr. As Pharrell allegedly dissed Drake here, he’s referencing Drake’s lies again. Essentially claiming that Drizzy is faking another persona.
