    Hey Derrek, do you use software to track/manage your inventory? Or an app for the cards/labels? Like you guys, we use CV to process jobs and we're at the point managing and tracking inventory is becoming an issue. I like your system of kanban cards and labels and want to implement something similar. Thx

      No we do not use software to track. For smaller companies I believe it’s a waste of time. Everyone I know that uses an erp system, when I ask them “is it accurate?” Tells me the same thing, nope it way off. Once you set up a system and follow it, it runs pretty good and automatically.       What were your thoughts on using GembaDocs? I'm assuming you're not using it anymore? Seems really pricey. I do like the ability to make Kanban cards and SOP sheets for processes easily, though I'm assuming there are lots of options for that. What template or app are you using for the Kanban cards and SOPs? I like the idea of having an iPad or tablet out in the shop for that. Thx @@derrekholland5207
