How to control thoughts
The same thought also coming from same mind. Thoughts are neither bad nor good. Thinking is a beautiful and wonderful activity. Concentration and distraction are the labels of mind by society.just be present Thought is a sublime power.use of thought : it enables the mind to come to a solution, understanding. Thought must settle down its own then it is beautiful. use the boat to cross river. Use thought with right kind of mind,be aware. Use the boat to get down from thought. Don't attach to the tought. Reliastion is sufficient no control is needed.

Acharya ji please make a video on intrusive thoughts like in case of Pure O ( a form of OCD). This has destroyed many precious years of my life. Please help.
M suffering too these intrusive thoughts they come 18 hours a day amd rest 6 hours m sleeping so m not sure about tht time can i just know youre experience it might help us bothh

Summary -There is no need to become thoughtless. Thoughts are useful in the way that They help us to reach our destination . The problem with us is that we attach ourselves to thoughts instead of using them for us .
There is no need to control thoughts because any control would mean suppression which would lead to Violence. Use thoughts to eliminate thoughts 🙏
