For over three and a half hours, I kept expecting that either a) a lot of very important people were about to enter the room, or b) a lot of very important people were about to leave the room. Apart from the arrival of a very important grocery delivery, none of this happened, so I was bewildered. Also exhausted from being continuously keyed up with unfulfilled anticipation. 😉 😄 On the other hand, it was a whole lot of Telemann trumpet music, which is a good thing. A VERY good thing. 🥰 Thank you!
Dios inspiró a Georg P. Telemann a crear música que eleva el espíritu a buscar al Creador; tanto en las Sagradas Escrituras, como en el mundo maravilloso que nos rodea. Soli Deo gloria!
@@manuelespinosa724 Telemann wrote over 3000 pieces while Bach's total is in the 1100 range. Bach's music is heavier and more intellectual than Telemann though, and he was more innovative. When it comes to the Baroque era, I'd say Bach and Telemann are the antithesis of each other. Telemann with his focus on melody and simplicity was a precursor to the classical era.
@@bchristian85 Concordo. Em Telemann vejo, principalmente em alguns arranjos para metais, algumas semelhanças com o clássico. Interessante é observar que cada um dos compositores do barroco tem suas peculiaridades. Saudações do Brasil 🇧🇷

When did he live?
He was a late Baroque composer, so 1681-1767.
I believe he is the most prolific composer that has ever lived.
@@alyssstout8112 I thought it was Bach
