Sir can you please explain why the ratios Lc/Kc and Lf/Kf are kept as constant?
an underlying assumption of rybz. theory is that the (K/L) ratio has to remain fixed,otherwise how would a more of labour intensive good would have been produced in a amount than the quantity risen from labour ,the (w/r) will also remain constant,and the TOT line i.e (px/py) will also remain fixed,this is the cause behind all those calculations
