How RNIB has made eye health and eye care a priority in 2023-24

We reached a landmark this year with the launch of the Eye Care Support Pathway, where we worked with the NHS, key professional bodies working in eye care and other sight loss organisations to ensure patients have access to the information, advice and support they need, when they need it - right from the moment they suspect something isn’t quite right with their eyes.
In this video RNIB’s chair Anna Tylor explains, while she picks out several other highlights from 2023/24, how important the pathway is and she’s joined by Kate Kotschy, an RNIB ECLO (Eye Care Liaison Officer), who explains the impact of the service which is part of the backbone of the pathway.
