These are sooo lovely and I really appreciate the shared knowledge! I've never really considered that maybe purple would be interested in my region. Thank you for sparking my intrigue!
Please more cupcake videos 😊 I know most of these vids are about decorating but I’ve been struggling on baking a moist flavorful vanilla cupcake, they’ve either been too dry, or bland, or sink in the middle. I can pull off WASC cupcakes, but nothing from scratch for vanilla. All my other scratch flavors come out great 🤔
One of the biggest things I can recommend is finding a recipe that uses buttermilk!!! It changes everything for a vanilla cupcake. If you check out my “make ahead smash cake” video you’ll find one that I like to use there 💕
Hello! Beautiful work!! The link for fondant cutters is no longer available! Do you have any other recommendations for fondant cutters and stamps in the US?!
I’m having such a hard time with getting orders :/ I make samples of everything, make reels, post the options often, create different options (5) and yet I have no orders for Father’s Day I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I run polls asking what ppl would like and I make my treat options based on that🤷🏽♀️
This is exactly what I'm dealing with too. I get sooooo many likes on my pictures and comments, but when I post things for sale...*crickets. It's pretty frustrating
It’s really really hard in the beginning. I find stock orders for tricky if you don’t have a customer base yet for custom orders. You can try the previous advice where you price things low at first and slowly increase-this may just help get your foot in the door a bit more! Good luck 🧁💕
maybe try using hashtag in you titles, captions and description boxes 💓 people tend to type in a keyword or a hashtag when trying to look for something 💓

Hey thanks a lot for all that you do for us viewers. Really appreciate it ❤️ I had to ask you a question. I recently did an order of vanilla cupcakes to my friend. Everything seemed perfect to the point. But my friend said that the frosting had a bit of a bitter taste kind off. I just don’t understand what did I do wrong. She said that it wasn’t the case with my chocolate cupcakes. And btw, I used American buttercream.
For this particular one I actually used the satin ice buttercream mix! However, I generally start with 454 grams of butter and add in icing sugar and water as I see fit. 💕
I don't like fondant.. can the plaque be made by using buttercream spreading it on wax paper or parchment then freezing then cutting it out will that work?
By the way when making cupcakes in your opinion how long can I keep them in the freezer before I use them? And do you simple syrup them if you freeze them in advance thanks
Im starting a supply business but I don't know how much boxes to start off with. Any ideas on how to stock my business with the boxes for cupcakes as a start? Any help I'll appreciate.
I'm not really sure! I only know how many I kind of started off with when I was stocking my bakery...I would definitely start with the most basic boxes first though because these are going to be cheaper and used more frequently.
This is such an informative video i'm thinking of starting a business after my exams,is there any advice you may have for me?? Any and every thing will be appreciated ....i want to start my business off with cupcakes
U can just put the fondant in the oven, preheat to 180. Then on some baking paper, put the oven off and stick hem in. They will harden up, dont bend anymore. The inside is still 'soft', so you dont break your teeth while biting in😅
So these will cost £14 in UK if to convert $20. Won't pay that much tbh, higher end cupcakes have both more quantity and quality with all fairness & honesty! For example if you are buying Lola's cupcakes or from Selfridge's. Your cupcakes are pretty! Keep up the hardwork 👍
I don’t know those places! Haha, but I’m sure they’re great. Pricing here for pretty much everything is quite expensive so people do and have paid these prices, but I can see how it would seem a bit jarring. Our “fancier” type pastries run about $8.00 per small high quality dessert. Thank you 🥰

Did you colour your buttercream? I find with some food colours like chef master, if you add too much it can make your buttercream bitter
I agree! Some food colourings can make it taste a bit off!
