I really liked this project a lot and it’s easily the most I’ve enjoyed a Lupe project since The Cool. But that said I think that we need to come up with another term for projects that aren’t really album length or even EP length like a lot of projects nowadays tend to be. Cause as much as I enjoyed this project G, you know I still feel it could have been slightly longer and I hate him and/or other artists referring to something like this as an album when it’s barely even 32 minutes in length. I feel an album should be at the very least 35 minutes in length. An otherwise solid review as always though and I agree with favorite tracks. Palaces is just on another level too and Til Eternity is the perfect way to close things out. This is definitely the most sharp Lu’s pen has been too. Speaking of top lyricist’s and emcees, did you peep that new 👑 COOK & Joell Ortiz album? Or even know they were putting another one out?

As far as the Crook & Joell I have spun it already about two or three times and I am really digging the album a lot. I feel if it truly is their last project and/or album together as a duo it’s one that I am not mad at them going out on together to conclude things too.

Fantastic album. Time wise, it’s short..but upside is that there is not wasted space..every track serves as a piece of the Amy Winehouse battle rapper narrative. I only wish it was longer because Im a selfish Lupe fan
