How to educate your parents about all these superstitions in a way that it doesn’t sound like attacking their beliefs initially but destroy their superstitions and make them rational thinker. So that they can even identify fake news,gurus,babas,etc.

I am not representing him but i am just guessing what he might be saying is that Ramayana and Mahabharata could have happened as a story but each supernatural part of it is a claim that requires proof which nobody has presented thus must not be believed. But it is plausible according to me some bad guy took away a good person and a good wife which he fought for and got back sounds like a possible story.

@@Wise-9 yeah i agree. it is most probably poetry only. Tell it to people who have been indoctrinated to believe its real. Also what we consider real is only by evidence. If yesterday a poetry on exact description of aliens was written by someone in past based on observation and exact aliens come tomorrow. It will raise questions maybe that wasn't metaphorical poetry because now we have evidence.
So, unless there is evidence of each out of place and supernatural claim in ancient stories, those elements can be taken as metaphors. Correct.

As a vegan, I disagree with your point on veganism. The question was your thoughts on veganism (not on some vegans who think they are morally on a higher level they are not even vegans they just follow plant plant-based diet). Veganism is a lifestyle where one rejects the commodity status of animals. Vegans don't see animals as food or a source of entertainment.
It is a sustainable practice, and it positively impacts the environment.
1.) Livestock sector accounts for 14.5% of global green house gas emissions.
2.) Animal agriculture is a major contributor to deforestation worldwide. (some estimates ranging from 50-80%)
3.) Livestock farming is water-intensive.
Energy consumption, Biodiversity, and many more...

Agree!! The cruelty part wasn't touched upon. When we say veganism is not sustainable, we should realise that IT'S NOT SUSTAINABLE FOR THE ANIMALS. We have countless alternatives and our demand can create more but animals have only 1 life just like we do, they can't SUSTAIN the atrocities imposed on them.

The absolute casual approach on veganism is surprising as usual. Hum superior hai tum inferior ho that's the ancient escape. Depriving someone from their life just for a snack or 10 minutes of palate pleasure shouldn't be called human privilege or superiority ? Animals are meant only to be consumed in various ways !! I don't understand how people talk about veganism without using words like cruelty, suffering, injustice, enslavement etc. What's the moral difference between eating chicken & not eating a dog? Both are capable to experience pain , suffering when subjected to cruelty.

Not justifying anything. Please watch the part of video again - I said vegan people put themselves on a higher moral authority and look down others because of their food choices. Nutrition should be personal choice and people shouldn't be looked down for their food choices. Veganism may not be a sustainable practise in a long run for macros, minerals and vitamins.
