Tiffany's videos are among the best & "most watchable" on TH-cam! It's like being invited to actually join her for a while, as she approaches her concert.
11:42 Thank you for working hard to make these videos! Editing, filming and performing can be stressful, i really appreciate the love you put to these things.
You look beautiful Tiffany! Congratulations 👏🎉 on your strength, your willpower, intelligence , love and desire to share and grow! May God continue to bless you!
A beautiful GRWM video! Thanks for all the (editing and otherwise) work you did for us who can't come to your concerts. Looking forward to the next one! 🤗
you inspire me so much as a pianist and a human being. whenever i feel like giving up, i always come back to your videos, just sit here and watch you talk. i really look up to you
You make Schumann’s music sound sublime. You make that dress look beautiful. Thanks for this vlog. The director’s comments prove you had a great performance.
So nice of you to share this experience. At this level of awakening every details is to consider and I feel that you make the right choices. Please continue to make known the beauty of music.
your videos make me realize how much influence outside factors can contribute to my music, be it negative or positive. It really reminds me and helps me to better connect with music and have a better appreciation for it when I'm feeling lost.
I continue to marvel at your willingness to be so vulnerable to such a large audience here on TH-cam - it truly is much appreciated. These videos are such an insightful peek into a professional musician's mind/soul that reaches far beyond just musical skill. Connecting with classical music as a fan (and a sometimes performer) is such a private experience and it often feels like certain emotions and thoughts are inexplicable and others couldn't possibly relate - then I watch your videos and I realise that I am not alone and that music truly is universal. Thank you for all the work you put into connecting with us in such an honest fashion. I hope you will continue to do so for a long time to come and I, for one, will always be here to enjoy the videos :)
Oh yay - love seeing a new video posted. And BTW - I really love the transition music you have been doing lately. Loved the scarlett one you used to doi also - but this one is so peaceful. Loved your dress - it was perfect
I can relate to a lot of things in this video, espaicially the fear because i have a concert myself next week. I love that sometimes you just need to disconnect and go to nature and i do that too. Before my piano lesson I'm walking and listening to music on my way, but when i go back after the lesson I never listen to music and just think quietly to myself about the lesson itself. It helps me concentrate on my goals as a pianist. Thx for a great video❤
You’re so what of lucky to discover more of German culture than I ever been able to as German. But you earn it and deserve it as you a an embassador for classic music and you show with your playing that there’s still beauty and hope in this world.
You are so lovely girl but in fact you are the feminine Beauty herself and I would say you are the best piano interpreter in this day. Thanks to your youtube channel I can heаr my favorite music and I can understand it today ( at least much better than yesterday) Please never gave up and keep your wonderful practice!
thank you so much for this Tiffany! I'm a striving musician who doesn't really have anyone to share my love for music or my feelings before a performance to, so it's really nice to be able to watch your videos. they're very enjoyable, especially the parts about nature
I was very sorry that I was not able to watch the Brahms concert live, but all these videos you uploaded comforted me. Both GRWM video and the practice videos on Patreon. Thank you very much! I feel very lucky to follow and support such a talented and at the same time so generous musician.
Tiffany, the elegant and sensitive pianist with gorgeous black hair and beautiful hands, hands that recreate for the attentive listener the wonder of music!
What character you have to cope with all that stress, and then the responsibility of the concerts. We wonder when your bags did turn up! We feel for you so much.
Your vlogs always brighten up my day; thank you, Tiffany. I wish I could've been at your concert, but got to see your preparation which is wonderful too. Bravo & don't worry about the two bars of octaves - that mammoth first movement is a minefield for slips!
I am jealous that you got to be so close to the origins of my favorite composer, Robert Schumann! I hope you were really able to soak in the environment to relax and de-stress.
How wonderful to be taken along for the ride. You handled your trials and tribulations very well, I have to say. The Laughing Thrush at the end is so cheery!☮️❤️🦋
What a beautiful venue. I find one of the exciting things about performing is the combination of musical art and visual art in the space, such as the decorations and how that adds to the performance atmosphere😍🎶
Hi Tiffany, As a long-term Patreon of yours I’m so pleased and happy to see this video. It takes me back to the times before covid and I was fascinated to see all your thoughts and prep. You’re too nice and professional to ‘demand’ a technician although I’m sure many others would have done. Your beloved Steinway B is waiting for you back home and I’m sure it’s tone must be getting very nicely played in by now! Supporting you as always and thank you for such exquisite music.
Great video. Emotional rollercoaster. And you are so good and sensitive in editing it into a compelling video. Fascinating, the many hours alone, your intimate contact with the personality of the concert grand, then the working with the orchestra in the rehearsals, and then a concert hall full of people, sounds and emotions, and then you again alone in the dressing room. Weird, how exciting this portrait felt. I saw it in two parts; it was too loaded for me to see it in full haha. I hope your suitcase with personal things will find its way back to you, and I hope you fill your heart and camera with more memories of the old world and take them back to New York.
Tiffany wouldn't mention this, but she had not been feeling well until the last few days. 🤧 But now she's got her energy back, and can get caught up. 🙂
I smiled so much throughout this one. I feel slightly guilty saying that seeing how much of a rollercoaster it was, but your response to it and the cheerfulness of the other people was great to see. I'm really glad the audience responded well. From the little snippets of practice with the orchestra, I would say it was well deserved. I'm still trying to figure out the one bird call from the first shot in park. It sounds familiar but slightly different. The mallard ducks sound the same. It was nice for you to find the ducklings. I call them little fuzzes. 😋
Although I don’t have the opportunity to hear you live (until you tour Australia!) I eagerly await your videos and google for reviews so that I can read about the unique things you bring to your concerts. The insights into your performing life that you share with us are so rewarding for us to enjoy. I really hope this is something you can continue as your career continues to develop. The loss of your suitcase highlighted how we all do get attached to our things ! I really hope there was no favourite annotated score in there 😳
You are so calm. I would not be worried about wardrobe at all. I would be worried about forgetting part of the piano piece. Wow, you are such a professional.
I love your vlogs. Your personality always manages to touch an intimate nerve. I have to keep telling myself that I am not the only one who feels this. (BTW, I missed the hiccup the first time around. 😄 ) So cute.
This was such a treat. In the upcoming year or so, I’m looking forward to more time devoted to travel. Attending any of your concerts in person has always been on my bucket list. I’m determined. But, in the interim, I so appreciate these vlogs!
In the end; it's always your talent and the love of a good piano which is your home. Your stuff, your things, they don't matter, they are not your talent. Your parents must be so proud of you, your fans certainly are. Sooner or later all Steinways will give in to your kind heart, this one did even though it needed coaxing. Thanks for the video.
'This is not my dress', a funny moment. Really like the identity challenge, I'll start doing that myself. You're videos are always uplifting and really feel like we are on the journey with you.
These videos have inspired me to play piano again after stopping for 24 years. As im getting ready to visit NY, makes me want to stop by the Steinway factory.
Hi Tiffany, I remember some time ago you (Together with Classical) were working on some sort of social media for classical music. I was wondering if you were still working on this and if you need any help! Would love to help with such a project because I feel like it'd be great to have a place where classical music lovers can come to and talk :)
The K325 number with the serial number is undoubtedly an opus or project number for the piano while it was being built at the factory. The serial number is not assigned to the piano until it is complete and ready to ship. The serial number 530537 shows that the piano was completed in 1994. Because Steinway has a factory in New York as well as Hamburg, it is necessary for the two factories to coordinate the serial numbers so that the same serial number is not assigned to two different pianos. Steinway has been doing this for many years. For example, the serial number on my New York 1966 model B is 397112 and the project number is W1406. You showed that the piano action needed serious regulation. The factory specification for key depth on a Steinway grand piano is 0.4 inches (10.16 millimeters). The let off should be right at the bottom of the key travel, and the key should not rise back up more than halfway at the very most before it is ready to repeat. As you showed, this is important for playing trills and repeated notes. A skilled, experienced technician can do wonders with a good piano action. The amount of "bounciness" on a Steinway action has changed over the years. Here is a slow-motion film th-cam.com/video/jK2j8NXZ7n0/w-d-xo.html from 1926 of Vladimir Horowitz playing a Steinway grand. Watch the keys closely as they come back up. You can see a lot of bounce. By the way, Horowitz was 23 years old in this film. The Steinway actions have gradually become less bouncy as time has gone on. Modern Steinway actions are not overly bouncy, but they are very quick and responsive when they are properly regulated and well maintained.
Thank you for making these videos for us! They are really insightful into what goes behind the scenes of a concert, which would be otherwise unknown to us Really bummed I couldn't make it to Zwickau 😥, hopefully I can be there at Moritzberg Festival! Hopefully you find your luggage!
You are an inspiration to this 81 year old man. Love you posts. Learn so much. Thank you for taking the time to share your life with us
Tiffany's videos are among the best & "most watchable" on TH-cam! It's like being invited to actually join her for a while, as she approaches her concert.
I don’t play piano and my knowledge of classical music is somewhat limited, but these videos are so interesting and comforting for some reason 💕
Thank you, I'm glad! 😊
11:42 Thank you for working hard to make these videos! Editing, filming and performing can be stressful, i really appreciate the love you put to these things.
Especially when you have Brahms 1 to play too! (you're in good shape for this Tiffany--with or without your bag)
Your playing of Schumann's 'Pleading Child' at the start of the video is beautiful!
Thank you!
You are not only an excellent pianist and a very lovely person. You are also an outstandig photographer and video editor! Love you!
Love the use of silence from 18:20 onwards - really makes you feel the tension before a performance
Bird's songs are so pure and free. What a way to center before playing. The best, I'll wager.
You look beautiful Tiffany! Congratulations 👏🎉 on your strength, your willpower, intelligence , love and desire to share and grow! May God continue to bless you!
I love when the piano speak by writing cute conversations on the screen😄
I love Schumann 💕💕
🤗❤️🙏🎶
A beautiful GRWM video! Thanks for all the (editing and otherwise) work you did for us who can't come to your concerts. Looking forward to the next one! 🤗
Lovely black performance gown….so elegant. Great to see you, out there, and performing. Absolutely love the Brahms PC1.
Tiffany you are great, and that will only show more and more on your journey. People know greatness when they see it.
Did you sean, what i think about you?
“…by being a cow.” And I just snort-laughed so hard it hurt. Thank you for bringing us into your world and sharing your talent and your humor!
The editing is very tasteful, peaceful…. Amazing video
Thank you. It took a long time... Glad you enjoyed it!
It was a great pleasure to hear and see you live in concert in Plauen. Thank you so much.
Thank you for showing your journey. What a lovely destination is Zwickau and the music there.
you inspire me so much as a pianist and a human being. whenever i feel like giving up, i always come back to your videos, just sit here and watch you talk. i really look up to you
Anybody know where i could get the denim pullover?
Thank you for sharing the experience with us 🙏 😊
You make Schumann’s music sound sublime. You make that dress look beautiful. Thanks for this vlog. The director’s comments prove you had a great performance.

In my fondest moments. Thank
You for being a great artist.
You are our alive window to your life as artist. Thank you for that.
What a lovely video. Hope you found your luggage. Such a talented and intelligent young lady. Keep striving xxx
It brings joy to my heart when I think of all the young piano students that are inspired by you. ❤️
The constant inner monologue is so relatable lol 😂
Congrats on the concert!
So nice of you to share this experience. At this level of awakening every details is to consider and I feel that you make the right choices. Please continue to make known the beauty of music.
Longing to hear Tiffany play the Beautiful #7 , .......and the others ,....
I really love your black dress! It looks incredible :) I love the ball room too! Your videos make me feel so calm, I love them :) thank you!
your videos make me realize how much influence outside factors can contribute to my music, be it negative or positive. It really reminds me and helps me to better connect with music and have a better appreciation for it when I'm feeling lost.
Such an elegant video! Thanks for taking us on your journey!!
I hope you have been reunited with your luggage though!! Must have been so stressful!! 😰

The part at 11:00. That piece is gorgeous, and combined with the footage of Schumann’s statue was moving.

Thanks for sharing your life with us - we love you!

The borrowed dress looks great on you! Glad you stayed positive. Speaking of tracking luggage, Apple's AirTag is pretty helpful.
