Chicharrones are often eaten by cutting them into bite-size pieces and then cooking them in some red or green chile sauce. This will make them softer and easier to eat them, even in a taco. :D

@@projectspiffo9949 I live in New Mexico which is known for it's Hatch Chile Peppers. I've also cooked dishes by using both types of Chicharones (Pork rinds) in chile sauce. Both are delicious however the harder Mexican type of Chicharrones keeps its texture better than the regular pork rinds. My mother is from Mexico and I live close to the border with Mexico so believe me, I grew up eating these dishes.

I’m not Hispanic but when I was little the grocery stores were all closed on Christmas Day and the only thing that was open was a Mexican supermarket and it was sooo much fun and memorable! I just looked up Vallarta and there’s one a half hour away! I’ll have to go sometime but definitely only habla un poquito de Español!

Brennan los chicharrones are made differently in other cultures. So Honduras El Salvador we make it fried with fried yucca and put red tomato salsa it softens, also we chop it up for Pupusas stuffings 😊😊😊😊

I recognize that Vallarta it's one of the newer ones, there's a Vallarta close to my house but it's an older one and not as nice and doesn't have an ice cream kiosk. I've only been there twice
Lol love your videos and that big dried beef jerky lookin thing are chicarrones and you are right you can eat it all but people usually chop it up and put it into tacos to eat easier since it is a bit tougher meat

I’m happy to say there’s a Vallarta market just 5 minutes from my house, there’s about four Vallarta Markets in my city in the Central Valley. I think I’ll get a few tamales and other delicious food for lunch and a smoothie! You’re mom is so cute! A good looking family. 😁🩷
