I was thinking mirrors too. I think the frame or gate that he called it would look good with rocks, making it feel like you are in the cave looking out into the forest. (Not sure I explained it well)
It's a good idea but I think unless you can find mirrors the correct size or have it custom made, it's not really feasible because I don't think you can cut mirrors without it cracking. I could be totally wrong though.
All I have to do is leave the windows open and its non-stop drip where I live. Last thing I need is the sound of more rain. I need a Malibu beach on my desk:)

An idea. Program and link the water pump to start creating rain synced to rain on internet weather report. Then program and link the LED light to simulate lightning synced to internet weather report as well.

Best bet is if you have a cell phone take pictures and show people who work in hobby stores or craft stores. Going online is next to impossible if you don't know the names of anything.
Id suggest hardware stores for lots of this stuff like the glass, wood, foam board, and cutting tools. The glue looks like quick dry CA glue which you can usually get on amazon, other things I noticed were volcanic rock, some substrate (dirt, wood debris, leaf litter), cork wood on the filter housing, the silicone is the fungicide free variety, though i don't know where to get the angled nozzle (amazon could be your best bet), nor the felt cloth he uses. Plants I believe he usually lists so that would just be a matter of finding a supplier. Hope this helps!
@@CoatRaq I tried the foam we have in the states, the silicone would not hold it no matter what I tried and it fell apart. I ended up using plastic egg crate for ceiling lights to build my framework. I could use zip ties to hold the crate pieces together, and I used much less silicone.

You could use mirrors instead of glasses and a two-way mirror on the front to made the illusion of a really deep forest. It would be way cooler.

どこまでも続く竹林のよう。手前の繊細な柵が効果的で別世界への入り口にも思えてくる。
水滴に輝く竹の葉も雨音もすごく素敵です。
