At time stamp 9:30 Tyler, it's called a "Hole Saw" and is missing the center drill bit. Not a problem to replace and a mighty handy bit to own. Nice find!!!
Hey Tyler that piece that you busted all the rust off of goes to a radiator is to turn on the water to open the valve so the water can flow to heat the room

I Loved the sledgehammer when you clean it up if you find numbers or letters you can find info on its age and type, and dude out there in the freezing cold again. I mean i got the itch bad too its been months here but the magnet just wont go through the ice LOL but you superman are a trooper.. all the way back to when you took a swim.😂. anyway keep warm and (dry) and keep throwing.
You could write a history book on historical pieces, parts, and tools you've found! Probably won't become rich but will be a great resource for archaeologists and historians! 😎😁🥰

You should get like a hoof pick (the type farriers use to clean horses hooves) to get the debris off quickly without risking damaging the item 🙂 that or a wire brush 😂 I love seeing this spot, especially the underwater cam ones!!
How about a spring powered magnet launcher? Use a long rod to cock it, stand on the base so it doesn't go flying, aim and fire. Could probably get pretty accurate with a little practice. I can see it in my head. Easy to make and cheap.
All of your catches were thrown into that river long before there was an EPA. Your boxes one from yesterday and one from today are old electrical control boxes for large equipment, The nlast circle thing is a control knob for a water valve.
Keep that sledge hammer with you when you go there again, you can break the rust and growth off stuff with it. The wheel thing looks almost exactly like a knob Ive seen for a valve on a water sprinkler system.
You should really restore that sledgehammer just clean up the mallet and replace the handle it would be a great restoration for your restoration channel

If that wheel is cast iron it is a wheel from a platform cart that would haul luggage. I have one of those carts and the wheels are solid cast iron. A good item to clean up and see what I under the rust. The entire cart may be down there. The cart is wood with a cast iron frame and handle.

7:50 is a pipe flange, bolt to a 2nd flange and screw the pipe on the threads. 11:45 is a knob for a valve.

The last thing you called a circle plate was the handle or valve release for a pipe.
