There is no such excuse as "This did not help because I don't know how," because it is specifically intended to teach you how to use it. However, it is an excuse if you have a 3D pen that this video does not help you set up.
I pushed the forward button and I need to hold it, if I stop holding it turns off, and the red light and yellow light keep flickering when I hold the forward button, I try pressing the red or yellow light and the number keeps changing from 19 to 189 when I press the red button it says 191 when I press the yellow button

I didn’t know how to turn it off so I just pulled the plug, it’s so hard to use it!
